CEX can’t even get their own verification process right. Either there AI is completely flawed or they’re beyond minimum wage employees cannot match your face with a picture. How can you be in business if you can’t master a simple process like verifying someone’s identification?

CEX is a scam now. They have a hidden 7% commission. You buy a bitcoin and they charge you so much. They just write the commission in terms and conditions that nobody reads! I feel myself treated unfairly. I have experience with many other trading platforms and CEX is the worst one.

The problem if that you can't withdraw the money, I tried dozens of times with different cards from different banks, lot of emails on support and they did nothing. My bank told me the issue is that the authentication messages for the transactions are wrong but CEX IO refused to fix it. Today my money are still on their account.

Dreadful company that even refuses to comply with GDPR! I tried to use their services and they rejected 5 different credit cards for payment. You cannot reach anyone and then they refuse to cancel your account and to delete your information. They do not answer any queries to their "customer care" email so just a really customer unfriendly company and beware of what they are doing with your data!

do not use this platform. I sent 6500 gbp were stolen. they let you use third-party accounts to send money and make excuses saying that no money comes. I am filing complaints with the competent authorities.

Robbers bought thousands of dollars in coins from them and trying to withdraw and hold on to my money over 7weeks now and asking to send info and source of coins and I have bought most of it from them. They need to stop playing with people's money

fraudster, big fraud company and exchange, stay out of them guys, not just me there are thousands others have same complaint, these people get your money and then never process withdrawals and keep replying with excuses, all should come together and file a complaint whatever body relevent.
