Having deleted a voucher code inadvertantly before sending it to the recipient i thought the Ghs was lost.Sent a support request with the timings and codes generated around that time and Harry P at CEX.io was able to locate the voucher and it was redeemed back to my account.
This was all done within 10 minutes, truly fantastic customer service
