First I found that their website is not well protected, my security overview shows me that this website's SHA-1 Certificate is not safe. Secondly, I try to buy some bitcoin by my credit card today, After finishing the payment, the amount has been applied to my credit card but I was on pending of in fact receive the equal amount of bitoin I bought. I checked the transaction status, it notice me I need to submit a picture showing that I hold my credit card. Although they returned back that amount to me, I think they should not to receive costumer's money then verify the payment tool.
Additionally, their verification process is very clumsy(not smart). They ask picture of your passport, passport hold by owner and other document could
clarify your address. All of the document must be written by English. I am living in a non-English using country, it is difficult to find it for them. After you submit all the document, they will ask your for additional picture that shows the other part of document.
All of their service is not efficiency and orgnized. I would never recommend it both for time saving and security.

This is quite possible the worst place to trade and use bitcoins. The "security team", will insist on you submitting photo after photo of you and your documents. One gets the feeling that the "security officers", most likely a bunch of high-school dropouts with a sense of unwarranted self-importance, are getting quite a bit of enjoyment out of their victims posing time after time for their viewing pleasure. Looking at the other reviews here, this seems to be a current complaint that this company is, unfortunately, taking no steps to address concretely, though they have made admirable efforts at censoring such criticism on other review sites.Another reason to avoid this outfit is their oftentimes highly inflated selling price. Whilst this may seem favourable to one who wishes to sell his bitcoins, this comes with a caveat; their preposterously high withdrawal fee for fiat currencies, USD$50 if I recall correctly.
In conclusion, if you have a masochistic streak and like being (figuratively) cavity searched and scammed with hidden costs, go ahead. I shall however be avoiding this company from now on and will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is without doubt the most retarded online company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They have been putting me through "identity compliance" hoops for the last week and now tell me my card (that I use every day without problems) is no good and to submit another one. This group is a stinking identity theft group. DO NOT INVOLVE YOURSELF WITH THEM!

They accused me of money laundering because the compliance officer couldn't believe my date of birth. I spent two frustrating weeks taking pictures of myself and my cards just for them to completely block my account. Stay away!

CEX always does the best for customers. For example, they made a July, 4th offer with 0% trading fees for Americans because of the Independence Day. So nice!Fuc* all those people who are not able to provide legal docs to get verified.

Read all those feedbacks regarding verification process, and it seems weird to me. In my case, everything went smoothly, except for 1 photo, which I uploaded by mistake. But support team helped me in about 5 minutes, I got verified, and do not have any problems since then.I also like that CEX has high limits for verified users, especially for card payments.

I have tried several exchanges before CEX, and decided to stop on this platform. I have linked my card to the profile, and now, I can buy btc at any moment. Everything is fast, website is working, never had any issues. Highly recommend.

Endless scanning and rescanning of my identification documents. I'm afraid to know what they will use those for. Their site is slow and difficut to use. Transaction costs outrageous. Withdrawing $250 back to the US thru a wire transfer, the only option, cost $89. Run as far away from this outfit as possible.

I feel like the verification officer is trolling me. I have provided high resolution images of my sensitive documents and they still reject them. Many other institutions, including government agencies have accepted these documents. Also their user interface is pretty unresponsive. I recommend Bitfinex, don't waste your time with these guys,
