STAY AWAY !!! IT'S A SCAM !!CEX.IO DOESN'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK !!
J'ai déposé mes fonds sur CEX.io par virement bancaire.
Après 10 jours, ils m'ont demandé de remplir un formulaire pour justifier de mon métier, mes revenus, différentes déclaration d'identités... conditions auxquelles je me suis plié docilement. J'ai renvoyé le formulaire avec les justificatifs demandés, relevés bancaires...
Mais ça n'a pas suffit à créditer les fonds sur mon compte CEX.
Ils m'ont demandé ensuite de justifier l'origine de mes fonds, en plus.
C'est de l'inquisition dans mon patrimoine.
Je ne me sens pas tenu de devoir justifier l'origine de mes fonds.
J'ai donc refusé et leur demandant de me retourner mes fonds.
Ils m'ont dit qu'ils l'ont fait, mais aujourd'hui plus d'un mois après je n'ai toujours rien reçu.
Visiblement ils ont des gros problèmes de liquidités !!
En comparaison Coinbase n'a jamais fait de difficulté pour retourner mes fonds, après seulement 2 ou 3 jours.
ça ne sent pas bon pour CEX.io!!

Worst experience I have ever had dealing with any business.Do not fall for their flashy site, they steal money every step of the way, through fees they didn't tell you about.
Customer service is garbage, and my money is Stuck in their account because my Bank thinks they are a Scam.

After signing up and trying to get through their verification process several times, I realized that their app/tech is super buggy. For example, when you upload a file it gets uploaded 2 or 3 times rather than just once and sometimes not at all. They also ask for information on their website and their compliance team will come back asking for other information. Finally, getting them to delete your account is near impossible. They say its deleted and them spam you with emails every day. Then i get an email saying my account is still active. Then this process repeats. I'm still asking for my account to be deleted...worst customer service experience ever

I second Frederick's review. Obscene fees, including one they don't tell you about. I signed up because of the instant funding via credit card, which is much easier than bank tranfers. They show that there is a 3.5% fee on credit card funding; fine, you input how much you want to actually end up in your account, and they charge your card that amount plus 3.5%. I though that was the only revenue collecting step for funding/sending and had the exact amount I wanted to send to someone. Then I made the exchange from fiat to bitcoin; well, I ended up with way less money the person was expecting. I just calculated what they collected and it came out at 6.6%.After my business was done I looked all over the site to find info on trading fees and the schedule says 0.2%, yeah, right.
The basic process of funding, exchanging, sending is going to be at least a 10% ordeal.
Find somewhere else, Quadriga was good until they stopped interac e-transfer, which is why I ended up at cex.io, but convenience is not worth 10% and the stories I see here of trying to withdraw and not having access to their money has sent me running for the hills. Companies like this need to be boycotted.
Don't give them your money.
