BuyUcoin is fooling people. The rates they are showing on their app are 30% higher than the prevailing crypto currcy prices i.e. if any particular currcy is in minus but on their site it shows in plus, also also if you compare their selling price is actual prevailing market price, So request all not to get into any trap of BuyUcoin. Only the company is making money not the people who are investing.

BuyUCoin sucks... there is a difference of 40% in the buying and selling price.. they say you can bid for lesser/higher price but it never get accepted even if i bid to buy at price 20% of the difference less than buying price... I don't know how much money they want to eat.. Can someone explain why they do this?

I invested only 10k and last time I told it crossed 1 lac but now it crosses 2 lac.
It's a good exchange to invest and but at at cost of high charges .
I recomemded to buy Sia coin and ripple.
Now Sia coin has increased from 2.5 rupee to 8.9 rupee within a 10 days.

I have deposited rs.3200 on 22.12.17 and from that day i am taking followup of my deposit, raising support tickets, mailed you([email protected] & [email protected]), but my money is not credited to my wallet
i have visited the central bank branch to check the status and printed the passbook where the money was debited from my account. After that i told them that you have not received the money then they checked your account and told me that the money is credited in your account ( 3632438127) on the same day and gave me the ref. no. 933113000 from your account.
After that i created the deposit request many times and your team cancelled it. after raising support ticket you transfered the query to your account department and replied me that the deposit request was cancelled by me but acutally the request was cancelled by you. (When the request is cancelled by us there CANCELLED is shown in status and if it is cancelled by you then FAILED is shown in status)
So i request you, Please credit the money to my wallet as early as possible since 15 days are completed.
Herewith, i attached the following -
1. Bank passbook
2. Account statement
3. Deposit request ( how much i have made for same deposit with CANCELLED & FAILED status)
4. Todays wallet status
*Note - Since the reference number given is not starting with 7 and not a 12 digit number the deposit request is not creating. SO I HAVE CREATED THE REQUEST BY ADDING 71 IN THE STARTING OF REFERENCE NUMBER. ( ie. 933113000 is not accepting so added 71 and created as 71933113000).

This site is complete daylight burglary. They would make 30-50% profit as their commision/brokage when you buy from them only. So, the currency should move up 30-50% atleast for you make even 1 rupee profit. Better go to other sites who charge 0.25 - 1% as brokerage and get you currencies on market prices. This site is super hi-fi cheating when it comes to their brokerage.

Can't give them below 1 star. They might as well as be a scam as their practicea are. 0% txn fees is hoax. They are charging you around 20%. Just look at buy and sell difference , you will understand. Transferring out is also a huge pain.

I don’t know why people are criticising this website I have been using this platform for almost a year and I had never face anything fake there might be some glitches in the website but that is completely normal as this is just a startup so it needs time to improve themselves, instead of scolding them I will suggest give your genuine feedback so that they improve their services in the future
