Because their software needs to check if you ID is legit or fake. When this is done, you can trade with a limit of €2500 a day. All thet is needed is a quick webcam session so they can see you in real life en compare to your docs.

i dont got an email that the Transaction was succesfull
they send my money after 3 Days!!!
I payed on a monday at 11 am and they say payments before 15:30 will be send at the same day what a lie!
