I also was banned for no apparent reason.It has been 72hrs since I opened my first ticket. 48 hrs since first ticket. The only response I get is cyber masterbation.
Support is obviously Non Existent.
I am very nervous as I have no control over my funds and am getting no explanation after repeated attempts with support.

Btc is nice it does not realy care about KYC , thats porbably why we can find some fear sellers here.Nice thing about brc-e is that it allows to withdraw to a debit or credit card.
Btc-e has chocen its regulations smart , so can legaly offer theese service while other exchanges cant.
its set up as a tax EVADING way , witch is not illgal at all , apple and microsoft do it too.

No-nonsense user interface, great liquidity and the famous trollbox... I've been trading on this site for more than a year now with 10's of thousands $ and didn't have a single issue. Be smart, use different passwords for each exchange and most of all use 2-factor authentication to prevent getting your account hacked.

After some hacker took over my account and posted some crap advertize on the chat they banned me for 999 days and after an month still no support!! lost A lot of money i mean 1000s of euro's this site is an hoax!!!! do not use they rip u off becouse they are as fake as can be!

Hi everyone.I used btce for a few months and at the same time I was using vircurex and mcxnow too. I was using same user name and password for all 3 exchanges. The only exchange with problem happened to be btce. I would not recommend using btce to anyone. I lost 5000 xpms which was worth $20000 at the time. It was very odd because one day out of no where I log in and all my coins were gone. I contacted their support and they send a message that said I withdrew my xpms and I confirmed it. I never got an email confirming the transaction. I kept emailing their support but they sent me the same response over and over. I have been reading the reviews and I wish I saw them before I lost all my coins. I would recommend you all to take your money out before to late. BTCE is selectively scamming it's customers. How do I know that? Cause I used 2 other exchanges at the same time and if my computer or email got hacked I would have got hacked on all 3. I wish there was a way to shut these mother fuckers down.Good luck.

They simply stole my money, sent 86 litecoins there from my miner automatically and it never showed up in my account despite the fact that it was recorded on the blockchain and sent somewhere else.

Anyone who has lost money should contact the domain registrar at [email protected] and the hosting company via nlayer.net which has a domain forward to http://www.gtt.net/contact-us/. Both the host and the registrar are able to shut them down.
