They are scammers. My withdrawal was pending from 6 days then today gave me excuse that the bank agreement did not happen and it will take 1 more week.I called them and gave them some mother fuckers words and ask them to cancel my withdrawal.
Once withdrawal cancelled and btc back in my wallet. I did transfer to another wallet but status was showing pending fir 2 hrs and blockchain no info. Again called them and gave them some hindi galia.
Post that they worked on it and finally I got my btc in other wallet
I took a loss of 50k but it is better than no money. They have plan to close down by 30th mar it seems.
Give them good mother fuckers gali.

They are the worst cheaters I have seen till date.They told me I will get my money within 48hrs, when I called them after 48hrs on friday they told me that withdrawals will be processed by the end of this week. I called them again on Monday they told me that withdrawals are not processed because of bank holidays and gave me confirmation that withdrawals will be processed within 24hrs but 24hrs they again asked me to wait till the weekend and then the bankholidays. NOW TODAY when I called the customer care executive and gave him some good words in hindi he told me that he does have any idea it may take a week worse a month.
I guess I have to deal with it legally. I didn't registered with the bank, my agreements are with bitxoxo, giving lame excuses about banking issues is not the solution.

They are looting people. Right now, they are offering tempting selling price offers. Beware people, they want you to buy BTC from other exchanges and sell on bitxoxo and when you withdraw the money, they will never do any transfer in your account and you just keep calling customer care and they have same response for you: "Sir there is a banking issue, withdrawals will be processed on coming Monday". When you call them on Monday, they will say: Sorry for the inconvenience sir, but it will take 2 or 3 days more for your withdrawal to be processed.
And this loop of Monday and 2-3 days will never end.
So beware before you sell/trade on this exchange, better to send your bitcoins from bitxoxo to your other btc address on other bitcoin exchange like coinsecure.in

Bitxoxo is a scam, don't make a deposite... they will hold your money and say that banks are not processing the payment. They are a liars.. The second alternative option you will get is to buy a bitcoin again from them on high price and transfer it to another website.
If you still want to make a deposite, then chat with them first and ask for the email confersation on withdrawal.

Don't use this website. They are liers. They claim to be fastest bitcoin website. But it is exactly the opposite. They takes 30 days to process the withdrawals especially when it is a big amount. They will keep on delaying your withdrawal till the day they possibly can. I guess they are earning money using this.

wow finally withdrawal got initiated I’m very much relaxed now. I was also panicking earlier because its the matter of funds but the Bitxoxo team was a support n gave the information for delay and amount received now in given time guys try to coordinate with team as we all know there are banking issues with other exchanges also. I have tried all.
