Recently i used bitxoxo to transfer my coins to their wallet it took the time little more than expected but their customer support had told me the real issue behind the delay. I was bit afraid when it took a day that finally i received in my wallet. And all the time I asked team they always replied which was the thing i was little calm at that moment. I don't think the exchange make the fake promise to me becoz they also have to maintain their reputation in a market if they make fake things.I was satisfied with the Bitxoxo service and will definitely use it again.!

Waooooo great support from bitxoxo support team last night i deposit some money it get cancelled then i call customer care service at late night they give me information why it is cancelled and also give me right solution to resolve my deposit request .There support is very good thank you alot team bitxoxo

Relieved that my withdrawal got processed. Yes it was stuck for days but i can understand their issues as govt and banks arent supporting exchanges.If they were scam then they wouldnt have credited the amount.

Thanks a lot Bitxoxo for initiating the withdrawal. Got delay in the process but your support team is very co-operative they always updated me with my queries. I'm an active trader and using Bitxoxo exchange for more than a year. The exchange is good and they always supported the customers. This is what I like most about their service.I can understand the issue going on with cryptocurrency in India the banks are not supportive and the government needs to blame for these tactics. They never support the good things this what I read in some news article
All exchanges are facing a hard time with transaction issues.If Bitxoxo would have been a scam they have not given the amount back and not in the market for so long. They are the reputed exchanges in India. Guys c'mon if you only trade and does not follow the news for cryptocurrencies i would suggest please follow and you will know the real scenario.
The Bitxoxo or other exchanges are not scamming or fraud they are not getting enough support from the bank and government this is what the main reason for everything.

bitxoxo customer services are best atleast they reply to our query highly satisfied with services amd got my withdrawal on time. Delay is going on with other exchanges as well I have faced the issues with zebpay for my transaction. They all are operating slow in process
