Very bad customer service. Nobody picks up the phone and nobody answers emails. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Unreliable people. I sold all my BTCs, I cannot trust such people...

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS.I DID THE BITCOIN BUY YESTERDAY AT 5 PM BUT STILL IS SHOWING AS PENDING.. nOW THEY ARE NOT RECEIVING ANY PHONE CALLS.
NOT SURE WHETHER I WILL GET MY BITS BACK OR MONEY BACK.
