Superb Exchange and best service provided in comparison to other exchanges in India. Price is not a big deal as its keep on changing in every exchange. Things matter are the customer support which is best in bitxoxo even they reply late night!! no one does that and also solve the query. Best service of trading and instant verification. Bitxoxo is the best bitcoin exchange in India. The first and best thing I liked about the exchange is their customer support always reply to your query no matter what the situation is. When the site was down they always replied to me and made my transaction manually as I need them urgently. they always of great help you just need to contact them through chat or email. After the upgradation done, was not able to login but they replied and guide me to reset my password, which means instead of getting panic and passing judgment we need to contact them to resolve your query. I like Bitxoxo for their best service always, good work!!

I have been investing in cryptocurrency for long in India I used different exchanges despite Bitxoxo and they came out to be disappointing in their support system and replying to the customer. Whatever happened in past site went down it happens with all online portal even I have one business online so I understand well. No one does these things intentionally. But the best part and what I liked about exchange they never give up and reply to the customer whatever the situation is. My issue got resolved only it needs patience. I like Bitxoxo for their services.
