If you're lucky in things go smoothly oh, it's not a bad website. It's great for sellers but not a great option for buyers. If you have the misfortune of experiencing any issues do not expect to receive any assistance or any customer support.

I didn't know how it worked. They helped me understand the sale.I bought BTC.
I chose BofA since they are everywhere.
I don't have a BofA acct, but I walked in and handed them cash.
All they wanted was my drivers license. No BofA acct needed!
The seller was a car dealer, so BofA probably thought I was buying
my kid a car or something...

Price was lesser than the current price that bitcoin was going for on Coinbase and was able to get it done just before BOA closed on Saturday at 1pm. I had the bitcoins in my account 4 hours later. Thanks, I’ll be using you again!

I would rank it 4 stars because the modify order button not working for me but, Support is very responsive. and I have used them for years and they are great people. The support is working with me on trying to fix the modify order button. I will continue to use them for as long as they are around. I recommend them to all my friends which have used them. I can say that I will be using this service again and probably will not look for another company based on the great experience I had with my 1st buy... It took me three tries...(not necessarily Bitquick's failt)
The first try i accidentally pooched Bank of America and then had to cancel order because they closed all the BOA branches in Springfield sooo.
Then on my second try the Chase Bank account the account was marked "deposits not allowed "...

Over all very satisfied and I can say this is a trustworthy company. The set up is ingenious and it's nice not having prying eyes knowing all your financial business.
Anybody using coinbase needs to stop they do not care about their customers they have poor customer support and they even cooperate with Law Enforcement...(Which is ridiculous the same customers that made you millions of dollars you want to help someone build some frivolous case against them they should be ashamed of their selves at Coinbase).

This is awesome!!! It is a whole lot better than any other site that I have bought bitcoin from. You don't have to wait a week for a deposit and transaction happens within the 3 hours they said it would. For everyone that tried to make deposits using a card you need to deposit cash and you won't have any problems. Great company!! I will be using from now on!!
