if i had to be honest they are the only one that i know of so far that i dont have to give all this extra info just to buy and sell bitcoin so they are a good place to buy and sell as far as i know...

as far as i know it this is a BIG SCAM and i wish i could have read the reviews before i engage in buying on bitquick. one should have seen all the red flag i mean come on go to the bank and deposit cash then in 3hrs you get your bitcoin? that the usual scam rule there is absolutely no steps taking to keep your money safe no middle man once you deposit that cash guess what you cant take it out anymore so im telling you now DO NOT BUY ON BITQUICK.CO

I have done business with Bitquick several times now.I am a highly satisfied customer.
The service is extremely accessible and easy to use. Customer Service and Support is super-helpful and resourceful. Response time is quick and you will get an update very efficiently throughout the process. I have used other services with so much lag time and poor customer service. When I write this review I am comparing my experience here with at least two other well known platforms. Bitquick is the best platform and service out there, hands down, as far as I am concerned. I am very much appreciative of their work in a highly volatile and dynamic field of cryptocurrencies. I will be coming back to this service if I need to make a purchase or sell at anytime in the future. I recommend it to anyone whole heartedly.

In a follow up call from Bitquick's customer service, I was assured that the transaction would be completed between both parties. They also informed me the the sellers they represent are solid, long time customers. With that said, I would delete my last post if I could and come to the conclusion that there was a language misunderstanding and that the brokers are over burdened with questions and process oriented issues.

Definitely a shady group of people. They act as intermediaries with a transaction fee to an investment group in Boca Rotan, Fl (Biltmore Investment Group). That area has had mutiple FBI investigation into illicit business' and criminal activity. To date, they have taken funds from me, but have not produced coins. PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION. I hope a class action lawsuit is in the works.

I have used thid service atleast 20 times and have never had a problem, until a couple days ago. it's a not a huge amount but I purchased .001822 btc and was only sent .001322 btc. I contacted support who said it was a "fee" of 5 dollars on an 18 dollar order? he said he would refund "fee" if I sent an address, since then 3 of my emails over 5 days have been completely ignored

Process took 8 hours, nothing from customer support in this time period. The wait wouldn't be so bad if there was some kind of communication, I had to go on to social media and complain all over their page for them to process my transaction. Apparently it has been processed now however no pending deposits are showing. My complaints have been removed from the Facebook page. Wouldn't use again and would not recommend.
