If it could give -5 stars I would.I buy bitcoins for a value of almost 1000 euros.
Verification of documents takes place AFTER payment.
The verification of the identity document is fine but you must also check the card by sending a photo where the last 4 digits are visible.
I have sent this photo 6 times and they say that they have not received it plus they ignore the emails by sending messages via bot asking me for the photo of the card ....
Stay away
After 2 weeks i still do not received the refund.

They let you to purchase ( do the trasaction with your card ) then they will ask verification, so they can play with your document holding your money in the sky...In case you ask to cancel transaction the answer can't...
Brute chargaback them so...shit scammers..

1 month and a half later still no refund after fews exchanges with their support.Can't recommand they're bunch of scammers and don't give a fuck stealing your money.
For a 250$ order, shame on you, even street dealers are way more trustworthy.

They are not different from ScammersI made a crypto purchase on this website but they have held on to the monies without releasing the cryptocurrency or refund the monies from where it came from.

While I am waiting for the outcome of their compliance or legal team. I would strongly recommend anyone to thread carefully when dealing with these people. They are using the verification process or order confirmation to defraud innocent people of their cash.

A friendly brotherly advice stay away from bitnovo and don't believe any 5 star reviews, they are probably not reliable reviews. They stole 1100 euro and simply stole it.
They told me they will not send bitcoins neither refund and no answer after tons of emails.
Unreliable thieves stay away.

They stole 1020 euro of me.They are thieves and a scam.
Stay away from them and be very careful.
They only want to take your details and steal the money of you and will never send you anything.
No refund and no btc or whatever you purchase.
Ensure to call you're card provider and submit a complain so that visa and mastercard take the service away to help others not get there money stolen from these thieves.
