I am a non member and did some trades. When I went to move my money out they said that I needed to wire the tax on the winnings before I could withdraw my funds ( 30% ) I did so then after the high fees I had less than what was supposed to be there. Then they said I needed to deposit 10,000.00. After taking a bank loan I deposited 10,500.00 only to be told that I can’t withdraw my funds because I only get one withdrawl request per month and the 1st one that wasn’t concluded counted. Now I am told that I have to wait 4 months for a review before I can get my funds because there needs to be a review. Of course if I pay 20,000.00 more I can be a VIP member and have up to 3 withdrawals per month but I have no idea if I would need to wait 4 months for the funds or not. The rules it seems are made up as they go.

Bitkan refuses to close my account and release my funds. I’m just a small-time trader who tried this type of crypto trading, but is not interested in continuing; yet they are holding my funds as hostage. Feels a lot like a scam to me.
