Set up an account and use it to purchase a few bitcoin just fine, even though their spread is high since their volume is very low less than 10 btc daily volume. Then for no specific reason my account was limited, no reason given, won't even return my funds I had transferred into it, unless I provide a VIDEO VERIFICATION even though I had already sufficiently passed their first verification. When ask to return my money, because I do not want to do this VIDEO VERIFICATION, was told a straight no.

When contacted Bank to try to get my funds back, they said because I had done it voluntarily they could not help me, there is no reason for the bank to help me reverse the transfer. So now I have lost a few thousand dollars.
Repeat do not use this exchange unless you want to go through what I have.
