had minor issues like the exchange freezing for maintenance but I have had only successful deposits and withdraws. when you make a withdraw you have to open a confirmation email and authorize it this may be the issue many of you are facing I didn't realize it at first either and was very frustrated but yes now that i know it works fine and the charts are some of the best free charts you will get second to trading view which specializes in charts.Also they have not shut off new users and their account verification process is the best of any exchange i have seen before ID verification you are still allowed to deposit and withdraw smaller amounts. Up to 2 btc. That makes it very user friendly and accessible. Other exchanges like poloniex offer crap charts and take weeks to verify your account allowing 0 deposits and withdraws before the account is fully verified. So for ease of access only minor issues and excellent chart and analysis tools I give this exchange 5/5 stars best I've seen

Been using since August of 2017. Started using them as they gave me my GAS from NEO generation when Bittrex didn't. I have never had a problem with withdrawals or deposits. Would have given them five stars but there have been a couple times when the platform froze up on me in early January if I remember correctly. I don't think they were able to scale quickly enough with the new user base. I personally haven't had any issues since.

for everyone calling the scammers because their money was locked up too long...guess what? that is the case with EVERY EXCHANGE! Coinbase ate my money up 4 months ago and it still being reviewed by a team of specialists but they contacted me now that the shit is worth way less so may get it, but having your money locked up because you don't meet a minimum Jay is your own dumb ass fault. Losing money because you couldn't execute your sell off on time??? welcome to the world of investing...shit has happened to somany people so do your damn due diligence before you jut toss your money into something so damn risky and volatile

Sometimes the withdrawal is a bit slow but so far I have been depositing and withdrawing and trading without problem. Just follow their rules and it seems to work. It is my preferred exchange I have to say.

If i could give half a star I would. I put 200$ into binance figuring to just make a little on the crypto mania but then after I diversified to some smaller coins I can't pull any of my money out because I am not meeting the minimum transaction requirements. They have essentially trapped all of my $200 with no way for me to withdraw it. This fucking site is a piece of shit scam.

Hope everyone stops using these POS fuckers! I had like 2K and noticed BCD was skyrocketing so I put all 2k in. $150, $200 and I try to sell and the fucking thing is frozen, I was so fucking pissed by the time I log out and go through the authorization BS of course not accepting code over and over, the fucking thing has dropped like down near $100! I emailed the thieves and not a fucking word but some automated BS. The whole fucking site is a bunch of bots that they are purposely going up and down like TRX for example. All it does is go up and down and if you look its the same amounts and patterns. Certainly people are cashing in by ripping people off with only them knowing exactly when to buy and sell and sure if you have 10k or more you can make some serious money off minor fluctuations. The app is a fucking joke too and just because it won't crash it sucks. I lost most of the money I had in there, no expert, but fucking scammed!!

Actually am new in the cryptoworld. Read and heard quite a bit about it and decided i'd give it a go. From watching video's on youtube how various exchanges work and look, I decided Binance would be a good platform for my first try. It was fairly easy to get it to work on both my phone and pc. Depositing my first bought ETH was very easy (just make sure you have te right adress), further i made a few trades (succesful and with a little profit 😁, got very luck on one trade tho 🤣) and had no problems with that either.Only donwside so far are the withdrawal costs on some of the coins.
So anyways if it works for me and i'm pretty stupid 😜, anyone can get it to work 😜

I am another who has had 7000 dollars deposited and never been able to access. The support is a joke and replies are automated requesting send in again or refer 50 irrelevant questions links. Can't believe i lost nearly all my trading money in three sly hidden deposits. They use the same address for erc20 tokens then never move them to the trading wallet addresses.Fuck you Binance, you thieving pricks

PTFBB is correct Everyone.If you are having issue getting pass the 2 Factor authentication. You need to hit the button when your are at that screen. You will see the count down start. You have 30 minutes to enter code before time expires
If anyone needs help understand how exchanges work or trying to learn how the Nano S Ledger I be more than happy to help people out. Exchanges can be frustrating for people just trying to learn or a newbie.

They will send code to your phone then enter code and you will be login.
Works different than from other sites like Coinbase they send code right away to your phone.

Bought $300 worth of neo on binance, go to log in the next day and their sms verify wouldn't send out any codes, so can't log in. As everyone else says here, there is NO Support. Just automated replies with butchered English. Avoid like the plague.

i deposit, now cannot withdraw. no customer support. 8 weeks no withdraw of my eth, it's stuck. support does not speak english. all market are artifical inflation on binance, there is no trade possibility in high liquidity execution. very bad
