I have had the experience when there is an opportunity to make money on the ups and downs that I get locked out at crucial times with a statement of insuficient funds. This last trade I sold on a high and it showed that the trade happened and I made some money, so I thought! Even though it showed that the trade happened, they kept me locked in at the pre-trade and I ended up losing money as I thought I was in Bitcoin but was still in the other coin! When I contacted Binance all they did was to erase my trading history! So I got totally played! This is a rigged game so consider another exchange if you don't want to get ripped off!

I guess those people who gives a 5 stars to binance it related to few months ago that binance tried to attract more customers with showing quality job to them then when binance now have enough costumers they start to rip off some of them that complain cannot be from everyone.and some of 5 stars for binance could be from those people who work in binance to show that they are very good ,
i remember when i purchased Chinese items always i had some problem with them . their website is the same i guess there is dishonesty with their production .
Just to refresh your memory Chinese Milk Scandal that affected 300,000 people
six babies died from kidney stones and other kidney damage and an estimated 54,000 babies were hospitalized
i prefer to work with a website in USA or Europe
I dont trust anything from China any more

I bought bitcoin and i tried to exchange it to other coin , but binance keep showing me that i have insufficient fund for about half an hour then i saw i lost $200 in worth of bitcoin and i changed my bitcoin to usdt after i lost $200 to prevent more lost , besides that in this case they charged me fee for transactions that i didnt want to have . i will close my account in binance . Binance is a total RIP OFF.

I lost $3K on Feb 4th . . . I had 2FA also ! alts were converted to BTC and then withdrawn . . .KEEP AWAY.

Unfortunately, someone hacked my account and stole my password and I have been locked out ever since. I have two factor authentication as well. They have responded to a couple of my emails with vague information in broken English and have not helped me log back into my account. I’m afraid I have lost all my money. I would not do business with this company.

First they attracted people with low fees and now they are taking their fees one way or another: splitting transactions, wrong rates.... It's a total rip off. Wouldn't recommend anyone.

I have been trying for two months to have them unbind my google 2fa. At first i received a reply and after sending the documents I have received nothing. I have tried to follow all the instructions and when it says they have sent me an email i get nothing. They have my money and i cant get it..i am totally disgusted and at my wits end.

Binance has stolen my money i transferred some XLM and the transaction has been confirmed about a moth ago but it is not appearing in my wallet i also had some EOS and that has mysteriously disappeared. This exchange is a scam they have taken my money and will not reply to any emails. It has been 4 weeks now and i just get the same auto reply scam

These binance mother fuckers have scammed myself and many other people. This company is not leggit, I had a 2fa problem and locked out off my account. After several attempts the unlocked my account for me only to find $2.45 out off $35k australian dollars. They drained my account.Binance takes no responsibilities for their actions.

This is by far one of the best exchanges, people giving it 1 star for being under maintenance for 24+ hours is just pathetic, they are constantly making positive changes. I give it 4 stars, only because all the dust that collects you cannot move around, hopefully this gets resolved eventually. Also their charting tools could be a bit better, but then again if you use the API on Coinigy this not an issue. 1 star reviewers must not be able to get the knot out of they're panties.

The price is manipulated either by a person or program. Challenge it by stacking both bid and ask price so they have to either pay your high ask or except your low bid and it usually stalls up.

Pretty good for trading a wide variety of crypto currencies. I would recommend spending a few dollars and getting some binance coin to use as commissions for trading. Use referral code two three nine seven nine five five nine. Good luck

I was trying to withdraw but 2FA FAILD I tried with quick recovery but even that is not working . So i requested for Reset and from last 1 week I am trying to Reset google 2FA. But not able to , sent several mails followed their instructions on website no use.receiving auto generated mails for verification but the page for submissio of documents is missing.

I try to withdraw my BTC for several days now. I've two support tickets but only get auto generated emails with a usless link to the Binance-FAQ! User are able to deposit funds but are not allowed to withdraw?? For me this is starting to look SUPER suspicious!

Binance is totally a scam , first of all the fees , and you can't withdraw less than 0.02 BTC ~200 USD ( but probably nothing at all ) , they take your time to make upgrades ( obviously taking down the service 100 % , you can't withdraw your money , trade or anything ) , and they don't care about your investing , time or money , very chinese company , you are nothing and they are everything with your money WTF ...
