If you read those 2 negative reviews, those reviews has been written by spammer, which ignores our rules and have own rules. He forgot to write one thing, that his 25 port was blocked because of violating our TOS. We have full logs of his activity.

This is a SCAM hosting, They told you : Money back guarantee allows to test our services without any risk!I tested his server services, when I told them, that the server don't response to my need and I asked for refund, they refuse to refund me.
When I open a dispute in paypal, the closed my account.

They provide great customer service, custom servers. Their team is very skilled and helped me to transfer whole 6 servers infrastructure to their data center. They do not have hardware RAID controllers listed in site, but they agreed to install to all servers for small monthly fee. Also they provided a vlan between all servers with no additional cost. Best price/service/quality I got from Bacloud. Thank you guys!
