They have major issues with Hong Kong police, stack holders unreachable, their office is abandoned, if you still have access to your account draw your funds immediately, it is recommended to make multiple smaller withdrawals to avoid locking you out. Good luck to all

Worst company ever. Put a 30 day hold on my funds. "Support team" is a total sham. They will not do ANYTHING for you. I've spoken to supervisors and specialists, and they're all completely full of s***. You will end up in an infinite loop of BS. I've never dealt with anything like this before. This company absolutely needs to be investigated by authorities, and shut down.«12»

'd say it is a good exchange. They have some problems like temporarily shut down withdrawals due to maintenance, but the admins are always in toolbox, so you can ask them away almost any time. A bit slow, but that huge amount of markets makes sense for me

Worst Exchange 2019 - February 8, 2019
I also lost my phone, and also need to reset 2FA. I gave them pictures of me holding my passport, along with a signed/dated notice. I also included a screenshot of what my current portfolio should be (coins/amounts).This STILL was not enough. They are asking for transaction hashes, which is troublesome for me to get because I don't know the address it was supposed to deposit to. I use multiple exchanges (close to 6) and last deposited over a year ago to HitBTC. Asking for transactions is too much; I was able to regain access to my Coinbase (GDAX) and other exchange accounts, but not HitBTC. I feel like they are going to extreme lengths in order to essentially hold my funds hostage.
TLDR; stay away from HitBTC. They're by far the worst exchange I've used
