If i could give less then one star i would. this company have $1000 worth of my bit coin and will not release it after i have jumped through all of their hops that they have asked me to. after a month it still has not been released. Be advised and go a different way of exchanging your bitcoin!! Exchangemycoin.com was a way better option. Smooth and easy transaction. Glad I didn't try and have havebitcoin do all of my coins.
