If I could give Coinmama zero stars I would. They really don’t care about their customers at all. All you are is a way to make money to them. If anything in your purchase process goes wrong, don’t expect any help or understanding from Coinmama. Stay away.

if you Arent europen or using credit card for deposit they will take fee of %10 if not more , as i try it to deposit $1000 and they got from me $100 if not more , so be careful and check their Fees

I registered but decided not to proceed, I am now getting calls even though I tell them I am not interested and ask them not to call back I put the phone down and they ring back straight away 2 or three times, what can they not understand about I am not interested, they are totally trying to pressurize me into it. I would never conduct business with a company where their sale staff are so pushy and aggressive.

Avoid avoid avoid. I was a returning customer who has now been told coinmama cannot supply me crypto. I was verified had transactions with them on the same account in the past. This is how they treat their customers. To top it off the "support" team would not tell me why I suddenly couldn't buy crypto. Terrible company.

Coinmama sucks. I'd give 0 to -10 stars if I could. I don't know about the scamming part. I never got that far. It's the worst customer service experience in my life.

Never had a problem with any other service, did everything they ask and they denied me without giving me a reason.Unfortunately, they are getting people's information online including a picture. How can they be rated tops, think twice before using this service. There are other secure ones out there that willing to give you an account.

Submitted all document requests in a complete and timely fashion, waited nearly 24 hours for approval. In the end they denied my application without explanation. This is very strange...there is nothing in my past or present that would trigger a reason for denial. I would like to know who decides this and what is the criteria. Is there a racial element involved here or some other prejudice, maybe they just didn't like my photo. Whatever their reasons, it can't be above board...

they request more and more documetation and when you satisfy their previous information request, they ask for more and when you submit that, they fail your application on different grounds for the basis for the documentation submission needsthey are purely horrible to deal with-avoid
