My money has been stuck in my vault for almost 2 months. I have 2 tickets opened, as the first representative put no detail in the ticket, even though they were provided with thorough information about the issue. Additionally, the 2nd representative I spoke with confirmed the issue was coming from Coinbase's side - not mine. I have since filed a CFPB complaint (on 2/5), and other than a generic response from the company - nothing. I am ready to file a lawsuit, as this has caused me several thousands of dollars in losses. PLEASE DO NOT USE COINBASE!

Coinbase is literally the worst app you can download - AVOID. I have been locked out of my account for OVER 4 MONTHS simply because the name on my ID does not match the name I used to register. I have called 7 times, waited for AT LEAST an hour to connect with a service representative each time, and never been put in touch with someone who can actually resolve the issue. The case managers send generic emails that tell you to do exactly the same thing the online help section recommends and then place you at the bottom of the que once more. I have NEVER had a worse experience with a customer support team or user interface.

THIS COMPANY HAS MESSED WITH USE ONE TIME TOO MANY. Frozen Accounts, Inaccessible Costumer Support, Hacks, changing account statuses to Restricted Accounts with no information being provided. This is grossly incompetent for a company let alone a digital currency exchange. I would like to know why there is such a disconnect in communication between the company and its customers with regards to the safety, accessibility, and transactions of the client's funds. If this were a general bank, they would be out of business or at the very least held accountable to clients and investors when they provide less than adequate services.

This company is absolutely terrible. Customer service is non existent. After 20 attempts to get someone on the phone I finally reached a guy who said their servers are down and they can't help with my question. Site has random outages all the time. Policies change without notice. I cannot wait for someone else to enter the Crypto Exchange service industry. Because coinbase cannot get any worse.

Mafia. I invested 1700 Euro in February without any problem. Bitcoin suddenly dropped and I deposited 1700 Euro more a week later. After nearly 2 weeks of trying to call hopelessly I received an email from somebody called John asking for transaction details. The money was taken out of my bank account. I sent that and now almost a week later, no contact at all. I was sceptical about crypto but I feel I am dealing with the mafia here. Decide if all this is worth the potential stress for yourself.

They hijacked 3k of my money due to a double charge they are responsible for: A week after the double charge, they took another 3k out of my Coinbase wallet without notifying me (Then proceeded to charge me $44 transfer fee). Customer support is not helpful - they have provided very little information besides " a specialist is looking at your case." How does it take a specialist 1.5 months to resolve a double charge? This company is outrageous.

They disabled purchases on my account over ten days ago and haven't done anything to resolve. The helpline is of NO help. All they that case has been escalated and will be addressed soon. The worst people to do business with. If anyone filing for class action against coinbase. please count me in.

STAY AWAY FROM COINBASE, THEY LITERALLY BLOCKED MY IP AND ALLOWED HACKERS IP IN TO TRANSFER MONEY OUT OVER . IN ADDITION WHEN I TRIED CALLING COINBASE TO SEE WHY THIS WAS HAPPENING BUT THEY NEVER ANSWERED THEIR PHONES. HAD OVER $28,000 STOLEN

If I don't get my funds back by the end of this month Im filing a lawsuit.I have read so many of you have the exact same problem as i have had,having my funds locked up for over 90 days,no resolution,there Team as they call themselves just offer BS replies,never get anything accomplished,hold our accounts hostage,and use our funds for there own greed.Im seeking legal counsel this week and I would love to get a huge civil suit going for all you who have been scammed by this company..I have all my emails documented,all my calls time stamped,there promises to my emails.Oh I love this one.We have escalated your issue and it should be resolved soon.I have huge contacts in the Media who would definately cover this Issue,and as you can read there getting hit weekly with legal issues.I will see what happens but im not waiting..Stay tuned have your emails and funds they have kept back from you.Thanks Chris
