Worst customer service with barely any English skills. Took forever to set up account. Once the account was set up I funded it which my bank had trouble with there procedures. One purchase of etherium went fine. The second purchase 1 week later they said they would hold for 48 hours to check it for security reasons. I called and emailed with no help. I was on the phone for 3 hours and they couldn't help me even though I did everything that asked for 3 hours. I canceled the order and bought bitcoin ( I'm converting to xrp anyways) there was a big move in the prices and I missed 1500 usd due to there incompetence. My friend set up a count and had trouble finding it he asked me to help this time all customer service reps sounded like they were from India and we could not understand them. We went through 3 people 1 regular 2 supervisors and the language barrier was too much. My buddy is going to try again today. Customer service called me today because they new I was trying to put another 20 grand in my account but didn't. Funny how they don't answer the phone when you call when they do it's a foreigner who barely speaks but they know they want your money!

COINBASE SUCKS - May 10, 2018
Coinbase refused to give my my BCH (bitcoin cash) when bitcoin hard-forked. People say, "They have to" but who is going to make them? We're not talking chump-change here. I suppose this is one of the risks of buying cryptocurrency. You have no recourse when people screw you.

AVOID at all cost if you are not willing to deal with a SCAM. They will lock your account and make you beg for your money. They general support are professional liars and will keep make up lies to keep holding your funds for their own profit.
Please take you money else where.

I can't give Coinbase a star period The one star I had to choose represents a negative star Coinbase is a company you want to AVOID at all cost They will take your funds and then put them on hold Every time you demand an explanation from Coinbase they they will extent the hold on your funds and lock you out of your account if they don't want to explain why they are holding your funds. You've be warned about using Coinbase you will lost your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Coinbase is based in San Francisco file a complaint with the FCC and SEC with other agency's to stops this illegal activity by Coinbase.

Sold almost $200 in bitcoin and they lost it. It has been almost a month and they just tell me to wait. Someone will respond back at some point in time. Every time I email them I get no response. I can not give them anything less for the review or else I would have.

I alerted these clowns that someone had tried to change my password. THEY LOCKED MY ACCOUNT:30 DAYS and counting...THERE IS NOTHING IN THE USER AGREEMENT THAT PROVIDES THEM WITH

Zero customer service and or support! These guys are definitely thieves and their app is absolutely useless for anything but ripping you off and no explanation up front of charges or procedures. I tried to sell at the listed price "they provide" on their app and it wouldn't let me. It tells me a lower sell price than what is shown on the ticker! Makes no sense to me and since i can't get anyone to help me i can get no explanations. They are making it up as they go along and then aren't there for support to talk about "my money". They don't seem to have the investors best interest in mind and are more or less running their business like a third world country or mafia!!!!ABSOLUTLEY DON'T TRUST COINBASE WITH THE SECURITY OF YOUR MONEY THEY ARE THUG THIEVES!!!!!

If I could give negative Stars I would... They are CROOKS, THEY STEAL your funds, I have payment confirmation, screen shoots and more, but yet over 5 months they have yet to transfer my money!STAY AWAY and the CRS are Morons that can not even speak.

Horrible customer support. The agents you speak to on the phone had no idea what's going on with the tech support agents. They cannot give you any sort of estimate on case resolution. My account has been locked/ frozen since the end of December. I can't withdraw funds, I can't transfer, I can't even check my balances to make sure it hasn't been stolen. Apparently the locked it because I live in Hawaii...only I DON'T!!!! I LIVE IN UTAH. Anyhow....save yourself the heartache and pain and use any other service out there.

I was recommended to use furcoins to sell some of my bitcoins holdings and since I started, it has been cool and it is my most preferred bitcoins exchange platform in that, its cheaper, safe and anonymous

For some reason my account was temporarily closed!! No explanation for 2 weeks and then I got an email stating that I owe $27,000 with no explanation other than to pay it! It's been almost two months and I've not heard from anyone there other than some emails that give no reason as to what happened!!! I've called several times and they keep saying my case is in escalations. WTF does that mean!!?? Why is the customer support unable to help?? Fortunately I have not lost that much money...only $90 which I purchased before all of this happened but I have no real other trustworthy way of buying Bitcoin or transferring my BTC from Binance. I don't know why they even attempt to have customer service as everyone there is clueless as to what happened and can not find a solution or even know what's happening. If this were a bank they would probably be closed down! I honestly can't wait for other options besides this company. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!! The only good thing is that they do pick up when you call but that's about all they do. I will try calling their corporate office
