the worst customer service i have ever experienced, i cannot believe that this is coinbase, supposed to be the best of show. their customer service takes weeks to respond, then tells me the issue is fixed, when it isn't. insane.

This is by far the worst fucking company out there. They lock your account if you are inactive for a certain period of time and then when you come back to access your account, you're told that you have to wait a few days or contact support to get back into your account. Then if you try to contact them for support, their automated phone bullshit fucking hangs up on you after 10 seconds. This is the WORST company I know of. They steal accounts with thousands of dollars from their customers and they only respond to support requests when lawyers are involved.Fuck you coinbase!

Sorry, Coinbase, but I think your lack of customer service has caused Bitcoin to not move any more. I used to trade it all the time, but now out of the blue there’s some security issue that no one in your customer service has tried to help me with. I’m thinking what if there are millions out there like me who are at a standstill.

If I could give zero stars I would Coinbase was great until about a week ago Now they suck! DO NOT TRADE WITH THEM! I had a relationship with them. I did lots of trading. Nothing was ever wrong. Now they hold my funds for 7 days! Makes zero sense! Once my hold clears I'm gone!

The most prestigious banking relationship in crypto has ended.Barclays, the London-based global bank, is no longer working with cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase, industry sources told CoinDesk. And while Coinbase found a replacement in U.K. upstart ClearBank, according to people familiar with the situation, the change has indirectly inconvenienced the exchange’s users.
That’s because, aside from the cachet of working with a household-name bank, Barclays connected San Francisco-based Coinbase to the U.K. Faster Payments Scheme (FPS), enabling users to instantly withdraw and deposit British pounds at the exchange. The end of the relationship disrupted Coinbase’s access to FPS – which in turn slowed deposits and withdrawals in GBP for U.K. customers, which now take days to process.
Barclays, ClearBank and Coinbase all declined to comment.

Rip off artists...Rip off artists. They state in there withdraw form that "BTC network transfers are fast and free." THIS IS A LIE.
Try transferring you BTC to your desktop and they will charge you an arm and a leg. I just paid 178$ to move .33 BTC.
WARNING CoinBase and Coinbase pro, is not free to send BTC.
The statement they make on there withdraw form is a LIE.

Coinbase is horrible, phone stolen. Sent in all required data to reset account, no one will help you, other exchanges help you with an agent. You have to wait 72 hours for your account to reset, 5 business days for an email to be returned. SHITTY COMPANY!!!
