Binance withdrawal problems. No email arrives from Binance so I can confirm my withdrawal request. Binance agents consistently say their server log shows emails were sent and to contact my email administrator (Microsoft) for assistance. Really? Microsoft? Then the issue is abandoned and another support ticket has to be opened. Binance has become a very sketchy experience.

I have been using Binance fom January 2018.I had no problems with Binance except two things:
1) Binance stopped to send email notifications, so I was not able to withdraw money.
Fortunately I had level 2 authentication, so I could change e-mail to g-mail.
I'm afraid anonymous people have no possibility to change email account when emails not come because of hackers/email provider problems/Binance problems.
2) Fortunately I had 2FA mode (for Google Authenticator and SMS). Because I like to have all things working I asked Binance to reset 2FA (I lost Google Authenticator application). I send them 5 (five times!) clear photo as requested and every time they denied to reset 2FA because of vague images (it is not possible - I have Galaxy S8, photos were made very clearly, edited with Gimp application to have best quality).
I think if I had no SMS authentication turned on there could be a problem (locked money forever).
Any way I will use Binance for small, mined amounts of money that I can lost (max 1k$), never ever for >15k$

Like others, I received an email stating unused IP address and out of instinct froze my account for security reasons. Now I cannot get my account open because they will not respond to emails. I keep getting the same bot telling me to submit a ticket. I lost $2000 in two weeks because of this. If you send them your ID, as requested to reactivate, they may steal your ID to steal more money. Just sayin...

I have been using Binance for six months. I have had absolutely no issues buying, trading, moving, selling on the exchange. Security has been fine, verification of documents has been easy.I read some of these reviews and just shake my head. The exchange, roadmap and owner are 100% worth using and investing in.

My account is locked and I cannot seem to get it unlocked. I submitted several request tickets to Binance customer support team, all I keep getting are "Robot" responses "open a ticket." Now I seen why cryptocurrency is risky..It's not regulated. Exchanges could do what they want with your money.

So many issues using this exchange! Most of it comes from Binance staff very lacking in English. I emailed them numerous tickets only to realize they ignored and arbitrarily closed all the issues. Most concerning is that I haven't been able to do withdraw on anything. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS!

This company is a joke. I didn't log into my account for about 2 months then when I did all my currency had been converted to BTC. They said that my account was phished. This was a lie as a quick search found lots of people with this issue, it all seemed to have happened at the same time in March 2018. What appears to have happened was that they were hacked and they started blaming their own customers. So basiacally my curreny is all worthless as it went down with BTC. The company have not accepted the blame. can't wait for regulation to come to this space.If you have your coins on their exchange - MOVE IT!
Better still do what I will do and never use them!!! They are a JOKE!

Please Please beware of this trading platform. Had multiple open orders where market was rising and initiated sales and nothing was filled. It only filled them when the prices had drastically dropped and flattened out. Secondly i was holding large qtys of a token and without notifying me they dropped the token off the market and suspended all funds. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM. The customer service department is non existent and you will never see that money again
