Used xcoins many times without issue until I had an issue with one order where I paid and nothing happened. Contacted support and they responded quickly saying I should contact PayPal as the order didn't go through. Okay! I did that and PayPal says it did go through. That was 6 days ago. I have no money and no bitcoins. Terrible customer support. Do not use this site! I am about to report them to every legal authority I can. Scammers!

It was quick and swift. This is great as I have several different Visa gift cards, prepaid cards and paypal options. It was reasonable price dealing compared to other paypal/prepaid to purchase bitcoin sites. I may even consider lending bitcoin and make some profit and get the vig back. It's a good business case.

I thought the process was secure, prompt and easy to use. I like the fact that once you are verified on the system you can purchase bitcoin almost instantly. I was very impressed with the interface that tracked my loan process and I had no problem withdrawing money directly to my bitcoin account.

So far so good I've only put in $122 so far and have made 15% profit in a few days. I only had one issue. A customer charged back my PayPal because the system never sent his coins and I was paid. I had to send him coins manuallly to close the claim. Other than that it's been great. I plan on using my web hosting profits to invest more in xcoins

I can't recommend this company to use to buy bitcoins.Pros:
- Easy sign up
-Quick access to buy bitcoin with CC with paypal
-Any amount under $20, you would have no issues
Cons:
-Any amount over $20, you can expect errors where you are charged but the buyer does not send the bitcoin, so you have to notify Xcoins support and paypal.
-The refund can take about a week or longer
-This has happened numerous times with purchases over $20.
-If you keep notifying their support that you have purchased bitcoin, but have not received it from the lender than you can expect to be banned from buying bitcoin
-They will eventually disable your ability to buy bitcoin even if you do not dispute the charges
-Their support staff is not 24/7 of even business hours. If you submit an email to their support expect to wait at least 2 days at the least or longer.
-If the lender does not release the coins that you purchase you will still be charged, requiring you to contact both paypal and their support.
-Following their rules and guidelines means very little when they can still ban you even if you are not in the wrong and have bitcoins
Overall I would not recommend using this company to buy bitcoins if you are looking for a quick access to bitcoins over $20. Anything under $20 would not be a problem, since I didn't have one. If your looking to purchase bitcoins, and are ok with paying lender fees, service fee, and whatnot, than go for it. It is fast when it comes to getting bitcoins, but unfortunately I'm a trader who needs access to bitcoins without the hassle and willing to fork over a little more than market rate, but in that same light I shouldn't have to put up with the inconveniences if you are being charged much more for bitcoin. For example if you want to buy $10.00 worth of bitcoin it will cost $12.68 and the more you want to buy, the higher the rates will be so its not a flat rate. I used this company for about 2-3 weeks, gave them time, didn't rush, didn't do anything to step on their digital toes because I know how fickle these companies can be when it comes to their support and totally banning you for contacting them, but even when the wrong was on their end, I had no choice but to contact their support because if I never did, my money would have never been refunded.

I like this site and would have given 5 stars. And up until today they have been great. Had some serious issues today though. For instance I have borrowed and lended a bunch of times in the last month. They said it's instant but today I gave the money to borrow bits at 10:49 am it's now 3:00 and I still don't have my coins. Also put I. A request for them to call me about some serious issues and still haven't herd from them. Here is what happen I'll try to be brief. I was lending Bitcoin and some idiot I won't say any names. He somehow purchased through pay pal confirmed and then before the system could send him his coins he canceled the transaction. So I make a bunch of transaction I didn't notice the .05 it returned to me then 5 days later this idiot instead of opening a case with PayPal went to his bank and did a chargeback. Now what that did is charged PayPal 140.00 fee and me 20 fee. This was not my fault didn't know you could cancel after you confirm with paypal. Please after confirming payment with paypal take the cancel button away so they can't do this. I am very unhappy to have to pay because some jack ass went to his bank instead of opening a pay pal dispute. I think this site should recover my 20 dollars from him because I have proof he's the one that cancelled sale after he confirmed and paid for it but before he received Bitcoin. I'm really upset that someone else's lack of common sense could cause me money and grief not to mention hours on the phone trying to figure this stuff out.
