I have no words to explain how good they are, they always helped me whenever I need them and whatever option I had to use. They are not only selling bitcoins but also providing excellent support. They way they sell bitcoin it can be only done from within Italy as they use the Italian postoffice and ATMS to allow you to get bitcoin in minutes. They do offer support in English, as i called the English support line and got a competent and quick response.
I was in Milan visiting my cousins and hopefully convinced them to use bitcoin thanks to the site!

Its maybe a good site but its non english website so i cannot understand its hope they will launch its english version
