Catching up with the bull run & upcoming crypto trend, I decided to get my hands in Crypto Phase.Being new to crypto space my friend suggested me a couple of exchanges including pocketbits, TBH I liked how pocketbits team assisted me through the whole account creation process & ideally how easy it is to just place orders & buy your own crypto.
Just the site takes a lil too long to load at times but keeping in mind the ease i'll prefer staying on with pocketbits.

This is in Regards to Mr Piyush Baweja's Review, we will ideally not disclose names or the issue at hand but as you have already done so, we would like to clarify our part.Mr. Baweja requested an INR withdrawal and we processed it to the account provided on his Profile, after the amount was transferred he reached out to us and notified that the account number provided by him was wrong and belonged to someone else in the same bank who had received the amount while he requested us to refund the amount which is technically not possible on our end and that can only be accomplished by the Banks side. Upon further discussion with him, we even sent a letter to our Bank stating the issue, there is no further action that can be taken by us as we sent the amount to the account number provided by the user. We would advise our users to kindly double check the information that they fill out in the profile section.
