Absolute scam shites. Went through all the verification. Tried to deposit £4 as a test. Told me I had to wait 24 hours from registering before I could deposit money. They took the money though and I got fuck all. Twats

Never register with this company!!! My aunt asked me for help and all I was able to tell her that all her BTC were gone. Huge scam!!!! She made payments and all of them were withdrawn instantly. After she asked for help and she was told to deposit more and more to get her money back. Stay away people!

$266 USD to the trash with Paybis. I have REGISTERED, they have VERIFIED ME. I make a first crypto purchase with my information and a debit card with my name on it, THEY CHARGE IT from my card and I receive an email "Your transaction has been rejected for security reasons." I make a second transaction, they charge my card again and a few minutes later the same email. And the security reasons are internal to Paybis, it is not a card problem, it is not a customer problem. Then they leave you to your own to resolve the problem with the bank, which now asks me for information such as documentation, credit notes and to wait a few weeks to verify, meanwhile the client does not have either their money or the cryptocurrencies. I wouldn't classify they as a "scam", but rather as POOR SERVICE. It has been almost 15 days since the problem and it is likely that the money will not be recovered again, i dont care anymore, but what I do hope that this comment and dozens of others I leave on the internet will cost Paybis more than $266, that is for sure.

I registered an account in Paybis. Provided all the required documents - driving license, address, etc. Linked my credit card with the account. Then finally when I attempt to use my Paybis account all the transactions are being rejected. There is no problem with my bank, it is rejected by Paybis security department without any further details. Zero customer service. Awful experience - stay away!

Do not trust this company. I was a victim of fraud. I tried to tell them the transaction that occurred was not a transaction that I made, they did not do anything about it other than say they are sorry and for me to report it to Ic3.gov. The scammer transferred the money to his cryptocurrency wallet and Paybis rep claims once this happens they can’t provide me with a refund. I asked them to provide me with the owner’s name of who the wallet belonged to. They would not provide it to me. They seem to be protecting the scammers which makes me believe that Paybis is in on the scam. BEWARE

Then they held my money for 72 hours blaming that on the bank.

I have been a customer well over a year. I was using a card for purchase I had not used before. I was already in their system...even with my previous transactions I only had to show a photo of me holding my card..BUT NOW A VIDEO WITH WORDING FOR ME TO SAY ON IT? DICTATING WORDS FOR ME TO SAY AND AUTHORIZE? They invaded my freedom of speech with their dictatorship video.

They kept asking me for more and more identification documents for a $50 transaction. They have my ID, my Passport, and they want my Birth Certificate. I cannot believe what they will do with this information, alongside my Visa Card Details. I'm really terrified and have since then blocked my Visa Card. Even my bank does not need this much information to take money from me.
This website is very new, and all the other reviews are fake.
