Overpriced GPU servers, shitty service

Dear Reviewees,Thank you for your opinions, however, it is hard to agree with everything you said.
Cherry Servers offers 99,97% SLA, which allows us to have no more than ~12 minutes of downtime per month. It is extremely rare for us to breach this SLA and even if we do so, clients get compensated with regard to the SLA.
Thank you for appreciating our technical support swiftness. Actually, our technical support team consists of L1, L2 and L3 engineers, out of which L1 and L2 engineers are available 24/7.
As for the servers, we are currently offering both - tower based and rack based servers.
Speaking about price, it is indeed higher than average, because we are offering exceptional customer support and many additional services. For instance, we have recently introduced DDOS scrubbing protection, SSH authentication key pairs and automated VLAN service, while our developers are working hard to bring even more functionality to the table.
Even more, we are now offering a possibility to try our servers out first and cover the bill later on within the first 48 hours of your order, so you would be 100% sure you are making a right decision.

I do not know how Craig reited this company at 9 points, it is a dissaster!Unstable network, dropping packets or disconnects almost every day.
Technical team answering very quick, but some of them knowledge very poor and they can do simple L1 works only.
Servers are tower based, not a rack mounted!
Servers are OVERPRICED! Follow the configuration and support I got, there are much better options in the market.
Sales pushing to pay upfront. If you want to try their services - PLEASE DON'T PAY LONGER THAN 1 MONTH! The advice may save lot's of money and nervous.
