Just perfect! I bought some xrp and I had some issues trying to validate the transaction by phone, so I entered in the chat with the support, that answer me in real time. They solved the problem in a minute and, in 20 minutes, I had the xrp in my account.

I am still waiting for my BTC, its almost 12 hours now, and every time i write i get the message: 4 hours...Thats is 5 hours since last message, and of course the money is gone in my bankaccount....
That is to the day the worst experience i have had buying BTC, and i have uded them for over 2 years.
I am for sure NOT using indacoin again, and strongly recommend others to stay away from indacoin..

I made a purchase consisting of 5 seperate payments of 50 Euros via Indacoin for Bitcoins to be deposited into my Waves Wallett. I was looking to use Waves as an alternative to my CoinBase exchange, my experience of making purchases through Indacoin so far has been terrible.The process of buying the Bitcoins was a problem as Indacoin indicated that the payments had not gone through hence why I made 5 attempts at a payment not realising that each payment had not failed but was in pending.
In the first instance the Waves site at the payment stage does not inform the user that Indacoin will be the purchase engine, I had previous problems with Indacoin when using Changerlly website.
As you can see from the communication traffic below, Indacoin have avoiding answering my questions and I suspect this is due to a deliberate attempt on their part to procure funds from unsuspecting customers.
I have called Indacoin more than 70 times and 98% of these calls go ignored, when they do answer they promise to call back within 10 minutes and always fail to do so as I suspect they are acting with illegal intentions.
The 5 payments Ive made have only resulted in 2 corresponding bitcoin amounts being placed in my Wallet; I expect both Waves and Indacoin to resolve this issue and to answer ever single question I have posed in the emails sent to indacoin.
If this is not resolved with urgency then I will assume there has been a deliberate act to defraud me of money and will hence seek legal action.
