Deposited money via bank transfer, got ID verified. BTC transfers never made (pending for over a week)
Contacted the support team, (Website says reply within 24 hours) now over 4 days.

While I don't think its a scam, I do think IGOT are having significant issues and I would strongly recommend you stay away.
