Hashgains is a scam, they don't send your funds. After withdrawal request it stuck on "Under progress" forever.They keep your funds and you will only loose money.
Chat is completely useless, doesn't matter if you connect to Sales or Support Specialist, they are unable to say nothing - asking you to send email to sales and you can wait for reply forever.

HASHGAINS IS A SCAM, STAY AWAY.They are just good at processing your deposit and take your money.
NO PAYOUTS PROCESSED.
I subscribed to 2 mining Contracts 3 months ago and paid my deposit.
When time came for the first payout, they are completely absent. I requested my payout 3 weeks ago, still shows "under process". No response from support whatsoever.
Tried the chat service, completely useless, just refer you back to support and ask to send emails that remain without response.
Got to a conclusion that they are not legit.
They show you nice results on your dashboard, but you will never get your mined coins transferred to your wallet.

scam company. I feel like why there is no option for a " 0 " rating. This is a fake company. I invest last two years ago. now, contract is finished. but no response from customer service. I invest 1000 USD now it was 120usd. they stop mining and collect charges daily to negative whole my mining. so I feel like its an experienced fucking company.

These guys are a scam.I invested 500.00 16 months ago and there's 3.00 in my account. Customer service doesn't return messages.
They also hit my bank for an additional 300.00.If you are a U.S. resident, don't let them steal your $$$$$!
