Since they shut down the SHA-256 mining like they said, there is still onhgoing activities from their BTC address which leads to the idea that there is still mining income on their side even they stated they shut down the mining hardware for the reasons of not being profitable anymore.Also I suggest everyone whos contracts were cancelled file a report at your local police department of internet and business crime/fraud just like I did today.
Most Credit Card vendors allow a refund when you have legal proceedings because of fraud running, this means file a report at the police, contact your bank and try get your money back just like I do just now.
Also contact any insitution that takes care of consumer porotection and have them check the clause 5.5 of Hashflares Terms of Service! This might be a not legit clause with regard to european consumer protection.

I've never been so disappointed and feel the urge to warn everybody of this company! I invested quite a lot in Hashflares Mining services (SHA256) and they've just cancelled it, keeping all of my initial investment (no refund!). They claim insufficient profitability, but do not provide any proof for that. The customer support service only replies with meaningless templates and is practically non-existent. I just feel robbed by Hashflare and hope they'll face the legal consequences they deserve.
