It is almost two days I added an order, giving calls, submitting tickets, with NO reply from their side.Totally disappointed.

Hashflare is a legit scamming company, one thing I calculated is your ROI that you will never get back if for instance the Bitcoin remain the same when you purchased your hashrate. WHY? Because on the dashboard, the revenue advertised that you can get in 1 Month or 6 Months or in 1 Year is all a LIE!!! WHY? Because it is not calculated with what they withdraw in your revenue for so called "Maintenance fees" which in fact added with "Re-invest" method makes them extremely rich , so you're actually getting far less than what is advertised on your dashboard AND EVEN with calculation WITHOUT "Maintenance fees" you can barely reach what you have invested after ONE YEAR!!! So conclusion Hashflare does not give you profit in optimal condition, it's better to keep your bitcoin instead of investing them in Hashflare.

Better buy Bitcoins and hold! You will never make any profit with them. The difficulty increases constantly and their profitability decreases every day, moreover they have changed to 1 year contract.They probably manipulate incomes according to their needs.

Bought a lifetime contract, 2 days later they changed it to a 1 year contract with one day of notice. I asked for a refund and they refused. Tried to get my money back via credit card, and they said no. Stuck with a 1 year contract, and saw another company (who I will not name else this looks likes I'm biased) who were still offering lifetime contract at a good price and stating they would not change that. Not happy.Also, for the hashrate my earnings are very low, no matter the pools selected, far lower than what they should be before the maintenance fee is deducted. It's around 10% lower which makes me think they are skimming off some BTC before taking their fee.
I really do not trust this company, I am making BTC but it is less than it should be, and will be for far less time that it should be. Not 100% a scam, but not 100% legit either.

I just started joining Hashflare right before contracts were still lifetime. I was somehow disappointed with the changes and did email them. Like anyone else, we always wanted on the safe side gaining good profit. No one would want to lose some bucks. But still, change is permanent. I know its not a good move changing contracts from lifetime to yearly as it will greatly affect almost all of the customers, but the end of the day, it is still their policy that will matter. So for those saying that Hashflare is now a scam, better find some legit cloud mining sites. For me, as long as it is paying and I'm able to get revenue from it, then that would not be a problem at all. I'll stay still.

Before they were a good company. Now they single handed decide to change the lifetime contract into year contract, without informing their customers.Contract breach is what it is called.
I am going to sit out my contract with them (there is no other option). But i will not buy new hash rate from them nor will i re-invest.
They made a big mistake but they do not realize this yet.

Truthfully these guys have been good so far. Yes the contracts are NOT lifetime contracts and the cost is up but u still make your money back +plus an extra 2 months of earnings. Assuming you've reached your ROI in 10 months. If they full fill the stated 1yr term and don't take everyone's $$ then it's all good. We'll have to wait n see how this plays out.

Ever since they converted to their new pricing and limited to one year contracts, the per day earnings have tumbled. My own daily payments for Scrypt and SHA-256 have dropped by about half. I will certainly not be making any other upgrades or renew after the contract ends. I’ll stick with Genesis Mining.

Was all going great at first! Purchased a couple Terahashes from them at 120 per TH and now they are doubled prices and the contract now only exists for one year. If I had known that would happen I would have invested in Genesis mining while I could have. Seems a bit scammy what they just did.

This is a scam. However hashflare is misinformed about the law, they can not change the terms of the contract has they did....if this goes to court they need to show their balance and demonstrate why it is not profitable or will not be in long term. I hope they do not do tax invasion :)
