If people purchase 1 year contract and Hashflare decide to cancel that contract due to Bitcoin price or mining difficulty, they must refund a prorated amount per day for remaining time in year not mined until original service agreement contract end date. Just taking all money and closing service without remedy to the performance of contracts is theft and a national and political embarrassment to the nation of Estonia.

This company is a bunch of thieves. I put in $2400 for 10 TH/s and I reinvested to make it up to 13 TH/s which is a very healthy amount. I was forecasted at like $10,000/year and that slowly dwindled down, which I expected due to the price of BTC. I was able to make one withdrawal of about $250 and now the maintenance fees are MORE than what I'm hashing??? Are you Fuking kidding me? I want my money back. This is very bad business! Hashing calculators are showing that I should be getting at least $1550 for the rest of this year.. I at least want to get that back!!! This is insane. I hope we can take legal action on these idiots.

Hashflare are crap people didn't listen after they changed lifetime to yearly contracts.I had Pavel from hashflare support email me 2 days ago asking for I.d. verification I asked him why he needed it and he could not give me a straight answer my account is now displaying as on hold I think they are gonna take the balance and run
I did manage to contact Sergei Popatenko on LinkedIn and i told him i wanted my money, its his hashcoins business address he didn't like the fact I had tracked him down ;-) he is on there now he is the CEO tell him what you think

Just to test it out I bought $1000USD of sha-256 a year ago. My balance remained more or less $150 the entire year. Monthly fees after first week or two became essentially the same as "profits." On top of it I will never make enough to hit the minimum withdrawal limit so all I did is donate $1000 to help them scam more people....

in december i invest in this shit 5500 usd then after sometime they reduced the prices. and my th/s worth 3000 usd(my 2500 usd already went) at first the payments were good enough but day by day they reduced the payments and increased maintenance fees.and nearly the last 2 months i dont receive anything(reason maintenance fee is higher than payouts) so i invest 5500 usd and in 6 months could only get about 1000 dollars and now zero!this f...cking thieves stole my money.pls do not invest in this shit. someone must take legal action against these thieves.they must go to jail.may God kill these thieves all.

Thank goodness I am too chicken shit to invest more than $20 bucks with hashflare. Seeing how everything has turned out.. I don't plan to invest further. If people that independently mine are not seeing any negatives. than more the reason not to lose your money to hashflare.
