this contract was alot of work . if i did not email them every week asking for my ether i doubt i would have recieved all of it. my tickets are only now being awnsered now that ethereum is back down at $300. my payouts where delayed when it was at $1000. i might just break even which im sure was their plan all along. i locked up capital in this that made very little profit. invest in yourself , the only people that profit from this deal are genesis mining

monero contract is a scam. when you mine yourself you will get 100x more payout. My 800 dollar contract i bought in november last year for 2 year. only paid out one time in the first two months 0,4 xmr. Nowadays the payout is only 0,00001 xmr a day. so i will never get another payout of 0,4 xmr. : (

* Genesis once "did" payout but they can not provide me with transaction ID and there is no evidence on that transaction. My wallet is empthy. 3 months waiting on transaction ID ... several incidents open ... no use ... no answer ...
* once they start with paouts, if they reall do it, you can not decide about next payout. Genesis decides when and what will be amount payed ...
* IS THERE ANY WAY TO SEND GENESIS TO COURT AND TO GET MONEY BACK?

I bought a 5000 M/h 2 year contract with Genesis. I am three months into the contract, and two entire months of payouts are missing. The accruals reflected in their Dashboard, the few that do show up, don't make sense in relation to what one would expect. I submitted various support requests, but, two months in, they have not corrected any problem other than sending boilerplate replies. At the current rate, the return is equivalent to $2 per $100 invested, and getting worse as time goes by. I wrote a negative review on their site, and, of course, it disappeared five minutes later. They either can't get their job done or it's an outright scam.

Don’t have time for their customers only for branding and advertisement. Waiting already 5 months for my first payout after writing several messages! Customer service is not good, you have to wait really long before your problem is being answered, let alone being solved! After asking my money back they refused to give me a refund since they explained that this money is invested in their infrastructure (which doesn’t seem to work). I as a customer feel scammed because I invested my money in this and never saw anything in return, only some thoughtfull emails on that they are working on the problem. Remember, this is not my problem but yours so please give me a refund as soon as possible, I am done.

Also I am so tired of writing customer service to address my payout for both Zcash and especially Etherum. I try to check my account regullary but the minute I dont check, when I do there is over 10 missisng payout and each payout requires an indivual ticket. When I submit tickets, there are close immediately without resolving the issue. At this time I would not recommend this company to anyone. In the begging this company had no issue but lately it has been bad with payouts. Tired of reporting to customer service as my issues are not resolve. I Still didnt get no payout. Avoid if you can! as for me am stuck in a 2 year contract. Once my contract ends, am never going back.

To Genesis Mining...you don't give me daily payout figures for XMR for 2 months now, you paid me 0.4 XMR 12 days ago that still hasn't arrived, 6 tickets and all you reply it IT is checking it, refund my bloody money or pay me my XMR, you could check the blockchain in 2 mins and pay me but still you don't, you are not a honest organisation!!!!

They offer cheap ways to get into mining which takes advantage of those new to crypto. Because fees keep increasing and they have a minimum payout, you may never actually see anything get deposited into your account.I've had an account with them for 5 months now and have never received a payout. I knew going in my initial investment was very small, I just expected to at least see it work. Avoid at all costs.
