I will always reccomend Genesis MIning to everyone. It is not the biggest mining company in the worl with no reason. When I started mining it wasnt all that clear to me, as it is not for everyone else I supose, but their customer service was very fast and determined to help me understand the whole process . They responded to my questions very fast and have helped me solve some of miner problems I have had with my account. Stay away - ScammersI bought a lifetime contract but after only 5 months they close it. I lost 90% of the capital
I wrote them and this was the answer:

Please note that the contract continued with mining for 60 days. That means that we took care of the maintenance fee in the hope that your
contract's performance result would become positive again. The 60-day grace period of your contract has ended, but, as you might have already noticed, it hasn’t been terminated yet. Being aware of the current situation in the crypto market, we really want to make sure that our customers are given enough time to take advantage of one of the options offered for SHA-256 open-ended contracts. In case you want your contract to start generating mining outputs again, you are able to
choose between these two options: 1. The ‘Upgrade’ option - enables you to upgrade your current contract(s) to our new technology (with a reduced maintenance fee, and a runtime of 5 years straight). 2. The ‘Buy Maintenance Upfront’ option - allows you to purchase the maintenance fees of your SHA-256 open-ended contract in advance for a certain amount of days (30, 90, 180, 270, 365, and 720 days), that will enable any given contract to resume generating mining rewards for the selected pack’s runtime. If you are still uncertain, and you are not familiar with our new Radiant technology, please visit our Radiant website ... formore information. If you choose the ‘Buy Maintenance Upfront’ option, any contract that is upgraded with a maintenance pack automatically retires from the 60-day grace period. Since the daily maintenance fee would have already been paid for in advance (for the selected period of time), it will no longer be automatically deducted from your daily mining rewards. If the crypto market conditions improve during that time (while the pack is still active), the purchased pack will continue to cover the maintenance fees, while you will be getting your mining rewards in full, until the maintenance pack’s runtime concludes. A contract will only re-enter the 60-day grace period if the maintenance pack runtime has ended, and the contract continues to produce daily mining rewards that are lower than the daily maintenance fee. I think most of those people never tried it yet, I have an account their since November 2017, I invest a little when can be able to reach the minimum withdrawal monthly as a beta test. Now I completely computed the ROI estimated to 135% up to 160% in one year contract. Your profit was depend on time you purchase a hash power, when you are using bitcoin for payment, it better to purchase hash when bitcoin market value is high, but make sure that you buy bitcoin first when market value is low. At the main time, when you purchase hash, you can buy more amount of hash power. Your profit defends on difficulty , and maintenance fee,.. I quietly day that its fair to buy hash power in genesis mining with an average profit rather than to buy hash power in newly and not tested mining company that offers high profit during the short period of time. Most of them are scam and close after of months of operation.

i invest 1000$ into genesis mining , really i am not happy to invest with genesis mining, not profit able , paykeyy com is better then genesis because we can withdraw our amount from paykeyy company and paykeyy is secure then genesis , reason is paykeyy have own shopping malls in america and they are doing live business , i invested my 5000$ into paykeyy still i got 7000$ plus,paykeyy send my payout weekly, so i will suggest invest into only paykeyy ,

My support Ticket #472475 with Genesis. I have 7 months of mining and No payout ever! Zero payouts! Their support ticket system now instantly closes your ticket, unanswered. I have good wallets. I have passed the limits. My Activity page is 7 months full of daily records. Never paid, no answers.
