I ordered my printer on feb 1st 2014.After 8 months of waiting and empty promises i've had it, so i cancelled my order.
At this point, i allready had payed for the entire printer incl shipping to the Netherlands for a total of 506 USD
The last email reply was within a few days: "I'll put that in the system for you",
and "refund could take up to 10 days.
Those days was no issue for me, but after 4 months now, i'm still waiting for my refund.
I've send numerous emails, which are not answered by anyone (i send them to 3 mail addresses)
This looks like a serious crime! i want my money back like promised!

This company should not be trusted. Raised over $100,000.00 on Kickstarter and have not made any effort to make their backers whole. They do not communicate and seem to be delivering to new customers now that they have set up a web store. They used the kickstarter money to supply parts and such to deliver to new customers and have abandoned their backers. Estimated deliveries were by March of 2014. There is still no news. It also seems that they can take up to a month to reply to simple support emails and calls. The one year warranty is pretty much useless if you cannot get them to service it!

I have had my printer for a month and have been unable to print any project 100% or 50% or 25%. No reply to my emails until I said I want to return the printer. Jake said two days ago he would provide telephone support and I agreed but he has not called me. I talked to my credit card company and I will file a complaint and they will retract the payment from there bank account. I am very disappointed, I ordered my printer in Febuary and was looking forward to getting it. EZ3D if you do not take care of your customers you will be out of business.

I've been waiting over five months for mine. They ignore emails and facebook messages. They obviously feel like once they have your money, they don't owe you anything.

I ordered a 3D printer on their Kickstarter project. They have since opened a retail store and are shipping the newly minted customers printers while holding off the kickstarter FUNDERS. They refuse to share any information about when or if kickstarters will receive their order. They even refuse to discolose how many printers they HAVE shipped. Totally tone deaf as far as their customers are concerned. (I wouldn't have given any stars, but zero stars won't post.
