This site is like no customer support now. I have submitted a ticket month ago about my cash withdrawal issue as I cant receive their confirmation email and not able to proceed with the withdrawal. They only replied once that they will look into it and there is no further reply. I don't think this is a tough issue that need to take so long to solve. So I have to cancel my withdrawal and purchase back bitcoin (where I lose fee here) so that I can try transfer to other wallet which may be a easier process and I am wrong. It request for confirmation email and I am not receiving again. I resubmit a ticket and there is totally no reply now. This really scaring.

Beware of scam! The only support they offer is through their email support! There is no telegram support at all!!!

Great platform with good security measure, they even allow 2fa to be reset on the webpage. However, there are no means to deposit ringit now as they stop on 12 jan.

Have deposited RM via local bank transfer on 16Jan2018. Received email from support team that they are currently facing some connectivity issue. Until today, the amount still not credited into my Coinhako acct. I m wondering where the money go to? Anyone of you have any idea what next step I should do?

Very dishonest exchange. The ether price is in free-fall now (16jan) and nobody can buy (even if they have a positive credit balance with this m*ther f**kers because "We are facing connectivity issues with liquidity providers and are working to resolve it. Thank you for your patience". I highly recommend that everybody stop using this piece of shit of an exchange and withdraw all remaining assets a.s.a.p. Let the regulators fry them and hang them by the balls!

Used to be one of the better platforms with tradable spreads. I think profit-making has gotten into their heads. Horrible spreads, half the time deposits are down, little customer support. I do not recommend this platform.

The spread is too high ,almost RM1000 btw buy and sell .. That is crazily high and its hard for small fries to gain profit.
