Very poor security, my account was compromised and bitcoin emptied. There was no tracking of IP address and when the hacker logged in to my account no security email was triggered. I am so sad and pissed. Coinhako where is the insurance and security u promised?? A simple service of email verification upon unrecognized device was not provided! U caused me to lose a lot of money. Stay away!

easy buying and selling of ETH and BTC. Spread can be a bit wide at times.2 currencies currently active, sgd and myr. Customer support has room for improvement although they did reply my email about a day later which is considerably fast as compared to several other exchanges. 2fa enforced to users for more security.

I have bought and a fair bit of cryto over the past year. Based on my experience, several exchanges took their support took a month to reply me which was frustrating if you are inquiring about incoming transactions. Thier support team manages to attend to my problems in a timely manner.Communications can be improved but overall a reliable institution.

Some things to take note of. Whenever you encounter a serious problem the staff and founders have a tendency to hide and bury their heads in the ground. Ignoring the problem does not make it go away. It only adds to customers' frustrations and turns business away to another portal/exchange.Right now they're sitting quite comfortably as they're the only or one of the few exchanges in Singapore that can convert your crypto to SGD. Hopefully, with better cross border regulation and recognition, we won't have to rely on this substandard exchange called Coinhako in future. When that day comes, Coinhako is finished. To the founders and staff at Coinhako….enjoy your time in the sun while it lasts.

Message support to ask about the transaction pending status and this morning receive email that the transaction get through. It been a hectic week with network congestion going on. Hope bitcoin network will not face this large scale congestion again. At least i get a reply from Coinhako.

COinhako service is terrible. i send coin since yesterday but until now still show" processing send" and somemore the sending fees is high. i wrote email to them but no reply.

Simple UI, transactions fees are slightly higher. Please include more tokens for purchase in future.

Simple and easy way to purchase Crypto. Had a transaction issue due to BC congestion, their support team was prompt and responsive to all my inquiries and managed to rectify the problem.

Account got compromised but lucky i on 2FA. I am so thankful my Bitcoin still safe. If my wallet was left on the table and sombody steal, I can't blame people! Phew but lucky i enable 2FA.

This few days blockchain seems to be congested and i sent an email to their support, get back to me within 4 hours and assure me. My transaction get confirmed the next day.
