If there were - [neg] stars I'd leave -5, these guys are absolute fcuking morons! Every bad review is true. Verification is an absolute nightmare. Can't withdraw for 48hrs, even the amount you just funded yourself.

never use this company all the negative comments on here are true, buying bitcoins is the easy bit wait till you want your money back you wont get it, ive been at it for over two weeks now and just get same automated reply ( finance team is looking into it will get back to you asap ) and will be the same shit over and over again then the replies get even more distant. At first there quick and in no time there about 48hrs apart then even longer. this was my transaction historytried to withdrawl $148US and they took $35US as commission leaving me $113US
I then tried to with drawl it and after two weeks of complaining they gave me a refund back to my CEX.IO account with $15US deducted from it for no apparent reason so had $133US left now.
i went to withdrawl again now they were trying to charge me $75US as commission still with no explanation which then would have left me $58US. THEY DRAIN YOUR MONEY AND STEAL IT

Do not trust this company. Like most companies today, they will require very little to no verification of who you are as long as you are sending them money, BTC, or other valuable things. The minute you attempt to withdraw though, be prepared to provide proof of everything about you that could easily lead to identity theft, as well as be prepared to be routinely denied for the withdrawal at least 4 times over a 2 week period. That's business in today's world marketplace it appears, and for CEX.IO, business is running smoothly (yes, that is meant as /sarc).I would be happy to tell you how long it takes to get your money, but I'm still in the process of being denied because I sent documents too quickly, too clearly, and with my personal banking transactions and balance blacked out from my bank statement. I guess only honest companies know they have no right to that information. Be warned. This company is going out of it's way to hassle and avoid paying. If they were truly honest, they would have a number to call or online support to address issues. As with most who aren't honest, all they offer is email address and an automatic reply 'it will take 48 hours to address your concerns'. Of course you know that's a lie too.

GHS lose BTC to fees if they are enabled. Warnings that GHS are unprofitable are not easy to find as they are well hidden on the site.

Terrible service, verifcation process is terrible, fake reviews, no call back numbers, they don't care about you they just want your money. I can't even begin to tell you all the problems i went through. I don't even mine the coins I just needed to buy 1.5 coins and it took me FOREVER. Also they forget to mention new users can't send out bitcoin for 48 hours. LOL joke.

They have insane verification process where some blind people always says picture is not clear enough. If on some miracle they verify you, then you will have problems with credit card payments and their "PSP".So for me it is impossible to deposit via credit card. Site is useless then. Only if you mine on their ghash.io pool and then get some btc you can trade them. One of worse services.

- Ghs are worthless, good just for trading, mining is impossible because "maintanance fee" are always greater than profits. In my opinion, to say that GHs are "for life" and than to apply huge monthly "maintanance" fees is a scam. You pay GHs monthly and more than you can gain mining.- Verification takes forever and they pretend silly things
