This company is very professional and their trading interface is easy to use. I didn't mind uploading my driver's license, bank statements, a selfie holding credit card, and scans of my left and right finger prints. Their how-to-guide made it a breeze collecting and submitting my urine sample. I feel safe knowing that CEX cares about me this much and is there to protect me.

Just opened an account last week, verification went smoothly after following their instructions, not as difficult as some people proclaim. Website is state of the art, and everything seems secure and intuitive.

My advice to anyone thinking of using this site, do a test deposit and withdrawal with the minimum first before investing any serious amount. Money goes in ok but could not get it out to my credit-card. They blamed my bank and my bank blamed them. It appears to me they want the customers to do cex.io to bank transfers with outrageous fees. Support staff are very condescending. Also noticed some weird algo trading, giving these guys money is like getting the cookie monster to mind your cookies. Good luck with that

Though the verification process is quite demanding, the support was helpful and responded pretty quickly. I was able to pass the verification by following their instructions. As soon as verification was done the service worked just fine.

Hi everyone. I've been using CEX for a couple of month, I love their support team - always there and ready to help. I dunno why so many people are complaining about verification, found it very simple as I was able to add my card pretty fast and deposit, with just a little credential from support team, soon I'll start trading on CEX :) thank you guys for improving BTC services, good luck everyone.

One of the best exchange services I've ever used.Though the verification process looks kinda complicated, I fully understand the importance of it - to avoid any fishy activity.
Support team is great and available 24/7.
Would recommend it to my friends.

Thats the E-mail I got from them after trying to verify my card BEFORE i brought any bitcoin. Obviously, with all of the negative reviews on their verification process and whatnot, I'm not going to keep trying and I didn't send or purchase any bitcoin before hand or deposit any bitcoin into their wallet. I uploaded the photos and did all of that stuff only to get an E-mail like that. Even though I gave my info on my address and whatnot. I live in the United States. You can give it a try but just be warned that if your looking for "instant" bitcoins then this is not the place. If you looking for an "easy" verification, this is not the place. I was expecting some B.S, hence I did not "buy" anything and lucky it was confirm. So there are some states in the United States where they can't provide service to..It would have been nice to know that beforehand, but again, some companies just never learn

Signed up at CEX.IO and talked to the customer support team at CEX.IO. I asked a few basic questions, like "What is your bank relation (Name of the Bank, address, IBAN) for wire transfers?" or "What is your published London address all for - are there people working?" Everything very polite and concise. Unfortunately, the answers were for nothing (meaningless, ignoring the question): all they wanted is me to complete the full Validation process first before I get any reasonable answers to simple questions.CEX.IO is strongly related to the gaming industry (Kyte Consultants, Malta) and money laundry - next to identity fraud - is also one of the probable business models of CEX.IO.
Therefore: Scam alert. Try to stay away.

Absolute Garbage.. These idiots can't seem to get it together.. You would have thought after a major fraud charge and change or ownership they would have learned theyre lesson. Walk away from this bunch they will overcharge and out right steal your money if your not careful.

Was sold an Iphone 5s today with two cracks across the screen. Yes our fault for not examaining it closer but it was out of charge initially and then packaged into box after that. When we returned with these faults within 3 hours of the purchase we were told we had done this. Not one crack but two in a 3 hour period??? After buying a €450 phone we were that careless?We were sold a faulty phone but hopefully you will read this before purchasing or having anything to do with them.
I wish I had read all the bad reviews on Facebook first!!

Very bad company. They rejected my verification documents for 2 reasons. First, low resolution photos of documents. Galaxy note 4 has 16mp camera and takes 5312x2988 resolution. It was taken during daylight in my livingroom.
Second. They cannot accept " Hello. My name is Milorad Ivanovic.
Verification images that i sent were rejected due to "low resolution". They were taken with Galaxy Note 4. Resolution is 5312x2988px. It's a 16Mpix camera on work during daylight. How is that a low resolution or i any other manner rejectable? What resolution you want? I eill make it happen.
Secondly, reason 2 for rejection is cyrilic alphabet. I can't go in goverment and say "Hey, give me ID in English alphabet because some site asked me to". Nationalism? It's not MY problem that thay don't know to change language bar input method on keyboard.
Stated was "зфыызщке". And that is actually russian alphabet...
I asked for a refund of my deposited money. I bet i won't get it because they will probably ask me to first be verified, whitch they wont let me...
So basically they take your money, make your verification process utterly hard and as much possible - impossible. And they will always have coverage by saying "We are following strict rules to make sure our customers are safe and to stop money laundry etc etc"

This is a shithole. Make selfie, make another selfie, make photos of your whole fuckin life again and again, call your bank for misterious authentication codes... And that is happens after you send your money to them, so you have to torture yourself.My first and last time.

Created account today, deposited $10 from my wallet in cryptopay. now I can't use the site and they turned OFF the chat support for my account and I was being polite, I didn't use bad tone or words. I log in to account from my browser, enter the 2FA code from my mobile phone and I get loged out immediately !SCAM SITE, RUN AWAY. I lost 10$, I hope its their last 10 bucks

absolutely terrible... it's like a theft, before they take your money.. and after they tell you , your card is not ok..or the picture are not fine... unbelievable, when i get my money back i will delete account
