I tried to use this platform, but I only had problems ...Putting funds into the account is convenient and easy, but when you prepare to withdraw your funds you are faced with numerous problems!
I tried to withdraw my funds in dollars on several credit cards, issued in several different countries, and it does not work !!!.
I tried to withdraw my funds through bitcoins to my wallet, and to my surprise the transaction has been pending for more than 10 days. The support claims that I have to send documents to approve the account, strange that in the user panel my account is approved, since I already sent all the documents that were requested. I resent the documents several times and to my surprise, they have not released my bitcoins and they do not answer me about it.
In short, I have my bitcoins blocked, I can not do anything,
I really feel injured and deceived by this company.
Do not recommend, do not fall for this robbery !.

I have had trouble withdrawing my money for the better part of 2017. Support is very slow and they are not interested in letting you withdraw your funds.

I'm glad I read these reviews and stopped fighting with there terrible support. I was trying to get my card verified and they kept denying it because they want to see a passport. I spent days telling then I don't have a passport but they would not listen. What is more is the instructions they send are all for a driver's license, not a passport. Do not waste your time with them.

Scam company full of hidden fees. If you try to get $500 to BTC they will take $40 for the card fee and 7% when you buy the BTC. Only in the unregulated bag of dung that is the US can they get away with that.

Unable to withdrawer my bitcoins without changing my email provider and giving them previously submitted details. Cant see why it is a problem with my email provider when it has been OK in the past. Details requested :-

This company is very professional and their trading interface is easy to use. I didn't mind uploading my driver's license, bank statements, a selfie holding credit card, and scans of my left and right finger prints. Their how-to-guide made it a breeze collecting and submitting my urine sample. I feel safe knowing that CEX cares about me this much and is there to protect me.
