Worst place in Canada to buy Crypto. High fees and awful communication. Kept checking my order to see if it filled. The cash was sitting there for 6 days during which time I could have bought BTC at a much lower price. Finally found out that I had to re-enter the BTC buy order, even though the send address had been entered with the original order. Stay away from these amateurs. BTW they are NOT an exchange just brokers collecting a fee for being a middle man. Better off to get verified at QuadrigaCX.

Very High Commissions when you compare the difference in Bit Coin Daily Values! Today the posted price of Bit Coin on coindesk.com is $2,749 CAD, ($2,198.88 USD) but the price Canadian Bitcoins is selling the coins for is $3,145. That is a $396.00 difference. I can see charging say a 3% to 5% commission but 14%! Seriously?! That's what I call Organized Crime. Somebody is making a lot of money buying and reselling Bit Coins to Canadians! After all the hassle I went through to set up an account with this company, I am now looking for a better broker.

Convenience is great, but the fees are high. 8% transaction fee is high That means your coin has to profit 8% just to make back its initial investment. That's a high risk.

Decided to take a chance on them and no problems. I sold some BTC for cash and they sent it from Ottawa within 2 days via Canada Post. I did this online on their website. They don't seem to communicate by e-mail, I would recommend calling them ahead of time to make sure they're still in business. They appear to be an office within a larger software company and it sounds like they're either lacking staff or just refuse to reply to e-mails.
Overall my experience was good, I would recommend them, but you might have better luck on a different website at least as far as service goes. I just didn't want to supply a bunch of documents on another website, this was simple in the end, simply just send the BTC and they send you cash.

so i thought i would try these guys out, and my first interactions so far left me annoyed. i tried selling coins on here, and the buyer stopped responding and the coins are tied up for an hour an half with no way for me to cancel the transaction.
