They sell TH shares in .01TH increments, have a mining pool you can point your at home miner to, have an interest bearing wallet you can transfer 1 satoshi into and out of all day long if it suits your fancy. You can buy and sell TH increments in their market. The average income as of 11/28/2016 per TH for my shares was 0.00053290/day. They deposit cumulated earnings (reported daily) every Monday morning / Sunday night depending on your timezone. Transfers out have a fixed fee for withdrawing bitcoin, 0.0002 BTC. They do communicate about issues.. for example a recent earthquake caused a power outage effecting two days of mining income. I was mining there until my miners were not profitable.
