It's very bed site to purchase the coin because after cancelled deposit no any option to transfer money in our account and not support buyucoin team and contact no not valid to communicate them.

The interface is good and usage is simple, though depositing money takes time. But only problem is they are keeping 30 ripple as the maintenance for the wallet which is not mentioned until you deposit money and buy. Not sure if they are genuine, hope my money bought in ripple is same. Buyucoin, i request you to mention all the details, not after buying the coins on ur platform.

Chor company hai bhai. Dont buy here else you will be stuck. Unless you are in 100% profit, you can not recover your capital. Forget the profit money..it goes to the exchange due to difference in buy and sell.

Fraud exchange. I placed sell order at 60 when buy was at 67. The status was pending even when the buy price came down to 58. Manual placed sell price order are never executed unless you sell at the price which exchange is showing. Difference between buy and sell is 50% or more and thats where they are robbing us.

It has been more than 3 weeks since i sent amount to the account address they provided me and the amount has not been deposited into my buycoin wallet. I am not pleased at all. It has been a bad experience of using the platform of buyucoin. I raised the complaint ticket and it is yet to be resolved even after 3 weeks.

Hello all,Patience rewards you otherwise you will end up in confusion.
They are startup company and you can visit their office for any issues. I visited once and its closely located to my place.
I invested only 5K initially in XRP and took out my money when XRP was $3 and made a decent profit.
Of-course i faced minor issues while depositing and taking out money and it took me a week to get the money into account.
I believe patience is important and here its little more since they are startup.
Hope they will improve the business and go ahead.

I have deposited rs.10000 on 06 jan 2018 and from that day i am taking followup of my deposit, raising support tickets, mailed you, but my money is not credited to my wallet
i have visited my bank branch to check the status and printed the passbook where the money was debited from my account.
After that i created the deposit request many times and your team cancelled it. after raising support ticket you transfered the query to your account department and replied me that the deposit request was cancelled by me but acutally the request was cancelled by you.
So i request you, Please credit the money to my wallet as early as possible since 7 days are completed
When Will I get back my money in my wallet ..?

One more suggestion from me is buying RIPPLE could be one of the best life investment today.Let me tell you why because RIPPLE works exactly against the cypto fundamentals.
Crypto currency like bitcoin work on decentralized platform where as RIPPLE works between bank and works with banks for transactions.
No one would like to loose business by decentralizing the system especially banks in all countries where as they would opt for RIPPPLE instead.
Its just my opinion and i strongly feel ripple will outperform among other cryptos.

Trust me this is a good exchange.I dont know from where these fake people are posting and what are going to gain?
I faced a small issue today about my deposit and they have resolved in 2 to 3 hours hardly.
I trust this company is genuine as i am able to deposit and take out my money.
Their support is good for me and im trading here from last 2 months.
A small suggestion:
Trading is not for cowards who believe every word of the analysts and sell of their holdings.
As all the banks are against the crypto currencies because of loosing their business and also the analyst keep telling not to buy crypto beacause people shift their investments from stocks to crypto which fears a bomb in major analysts.
Blockchain has great future and also coins like sia will do well in future due to their fundamentals
