I had no problems retiring funds on October 3rd, however, starting Oct 5th I have the same problem: Some "login error", I habe´t received an e-mail or any answer from support team.Very dissaponted since I ned the money. If I wuld know i would retire my account on saturday.

I have also been locked out of my account and it seems I have lost 0.6 of 1 bitcoin... seemed to good to be true. Very disappointed.

All of a sudden my account disappeared in there system my login don't work anymore and they came find my account by my email but only by my user I'd I try reset password see if that work but never get a email I messaged support but I don't get a resp once so now I have bit coins there in a account that they no longer allow me to log into any sugestions I had good experience until this happen and it seems like its happening to lots of other people too

Scam. Tried to login since yesterday. Error message is "login or password or turing image code is wrong" I haven't changed a thing. Tried support...NO RESPONSE. stay away

On 1st October, I withdrawn my bitcoin, however, I did not receive it and today I couldn't log-in to my account. I am 100% sure of my password, tried several times but I couldn't log-in anymore. I have tried clicking forgot password however, it says NO ACCOUNT FOUND. What is this??????

Scam Alert: BTCFLEX is a scam: this is how they operate: 1. You will not be able to access your account
2. They send a message that they suspect someone is hacking your account and will send fictitious computer or device details
3. You click on password forgotten, and they send a new pin, you log in and change your pin
4. The next time you log in same problem as above
5. You ask for a manual pin as they are not sending pin details anymore - supposedly being received by the hacker
6. You log in - all bitcoins have been withdrawn.
THIS IS A SCAM BY BTC FLEX THEMSELVES. THEY DO NOT HAVE AN ADDRESS, CONTACT DETAILS FOR SUCH EMERGENCIES OR ANYTHING.
WHEN YOU LODGE IN A COMPLAINT YOU WILL BE TOLD TO BE CAREFULL WITH YOUR PASSWORD.
WHAT NONSENSE, I AM THE SOLE USER OF MY EMAIL, PASSWORD AND LAPTOP

The idiot here is you, Mattin! Talk about your own good experience and do not call people who are sharing their bad BTCFLEX experiences idiots.
My bitcoins were stolen, by someone in Elburg, Netherlands, using Chrome 45.0, IP 87.208.65.27 and that is the experience I will share in this platform, I will not tell lies.
If it is not BTCFLEX, that stole my bitcoins, then their systems are flawed and not worth putting ones hard earned money on.
Even thieves here will say it is good because they want to steal peoples' hard earned money. Be careful, that is all I can say because the same thieves are hacking even other programs, but thanks to the security of such programs, they do not win.
People be warned, change passwords often and have a different one for each account, this is a global platform and we are having global thieves!!!
