I deposited funds using bpay and on the third deposit they disappeared. I later found that they changed their bpay account numbets without telling anyone.I contacted them and they assured me the transaction would bounce back to my account.
1 month later and I'm still trying to trace the missing funds and my bank are charging me a fee to do so without any promise of a successful outcome.
Very poor follow up from them.
If I ever do get the money back I will not be using them again.

BTC Markets are not responding to email enquiries regarding a withdrawal of LTC I made to my wallet which was authorised but is still 'processing' within their system the following day. Absolutely no response to enquiries.

The site is easy to use and their trackers are now excellent. But, they just changed their Bpay details and did not inform me, so I now have money in limbo that I was to use to buy more XRP.Seriously, once you set up Bpay deposits from your bank account, you don't expect people to change them, and you will usually just login to your bank and quickly send funds. Why Oh Why did they change their details and not tell anyone...

I'm surprised of so many poor reviews, my deposits hit the account in 1 working day and my withdrawals hit my account within 3 days, customer support is quick and i've been with them for over a year now.

I sent money to this company and waited days for the funds to appear in my account, only to discover that they changed the payment details and didn't notify anyone ,thus allowing people to send money into closed accounts non excisting , and have them wait weeks before they might get it back , ..Why would you deliberately not notify customers of such important changes, To me a sign of no respect for their customers.

I've used BTC Markets for many months and have had a good experience, they responded well to the huge increase in users during the Dec/Jan peaks. Recently, I withdrew AUD to the wrong bank account (my own error) and the customer service staff we very helpful and worked to get it back to me in a reasonable time. Props to Tomas and Max.

I also am not able to login to BTCMarkets. I am 100% sure of my credentials and have even reset my password and emailed support about the issue and have not heard anything back yet. Pretty sure there are authentication issues on their systems. As for all of us it’s very concerning not being able to access our account/funds

Over the last 6 months of gradually growing my portfolio on BTC Markets I have no issues with transactions and always get good timely responses to questions.Never a problem with deposits and moving coins off the exchange.

What is with everyone leaving 1 star? I think these are fake reviews. I hve been using BTC Markets for a while now and never have any issues. In fact it’s the BEST one in the country and by far the easiest to use and quickest. I have a 30day trading account which averages around 80,000 and never had issues or lost anything. Support is great to. They have support via Facebook, Twitter and direct email.People stop complaining over something stupid or probably coz your stuff up.

All the sudden and since last Monday, I haven't been able to log in to my account. They don't respond to my communication and I'm very concerned because I have a lot of money in my account. I have over $5000 and I wish I had seen these bad reviews - I would have definitely pulled out all my money. This is definitely a SCAM operator!

I currently have 5 bitcoin and 50,000 XRP on the BTC Markets exchange. I am extremely concerned now as I'm not able to withdraw to my ledger wallet.
The withdrawal which i initiated 5 days ago is still processing on their site. Its easy to
send money to them but then they will not let you withdraw. I'm sorry worried as its now been 5 days
and they still haven't sent the coins to my wallet. Its just states "Processing" on their site.

BTC is a scam and I have lost $17,000 plus bitcoin to the bastard! They stopped responding to any of messages and I urge ALL to withdraw any fund you have with them. There is only one person who runs BTC - a backyard job, this is why he rarely responds directly to any communication - all cut and paste responses. I'm seeing the Police and in touch with others about shutting this down soon. It will happen! I suspect the person behind BTC is related to a previous fraud exchange Igot, which changed to bitlio. Whatever you do, please DO NOT put your fund with BTC!

I too have been duped by these people and lost $1500 of my fund in December. They stopped answering any email I wrote to them - always cut and paste! They don't have a phone number or an address, and there's no other way to contact them. Please think twice putting any money to their online, because you will never see it again.

This a FRAUD operator!!! I have been with them for two months and suddenly my account was withdrew of all the fund last week. I contacted them numerous times but they don't answer - always a cut and paste response which don't mean anything. I going to the police today. They don't answer to anyone!!!

Can someone tell me what is going on with BTC. I am just about to sign up with them and somewhat confused and wary after receiving so many conflicting positive/negative opinions both online and in person. One person I met loves them because he deposited $1200 and purchased some crypto, with no confirmation after 3 weeks he complained and requested a return of his money. They then confirmed his purchase and put his crypto into their wallet which in turn he transferred into his own wallet. Then a week later they refunded his money directly into his bank account. I met another person who deposited $500 three months ago and is still waiting for confirmation. In contrast many of the online comments are extremely supportive and highly recommend BTC while others are extremely negative. In the past I have been involved with system data processing particularly in the financial services/public customer services arena and this smacks of system overload, which means their systems were no designed to handle the volume processing protocols involved along with inadequate trained customer service personel. Its obviously an unregulated industry that is NOT SUBJECT to financial audits and government financial operational regulations. Can someone let me know of any responses received from BTC????

No idea why there's so many bad reviews. My friend and I have been using this site for over 8 months. 100% no problems. Sell fee is like 0.8% which is excellent. This decreases the higher amount traded. As with any market I would not trust leaving my coins or fiat on the website, and neither should you.
Withdrawals always come through next business day. No stress, no worries. Would recommend.
